    Look up Arthur Jones and Mike mentzer's high intensity training if you're looking to build some big muscles.

    Just have them keep pulling the bar up and then you use what's left of your muscle to lower it until when they let go and you can't even keep it up, that's true muscle growth stimulating failure.
