Renault Kadjar service reset

A quick video to show the service and oil reset on a Renault Kadjar this should be done after a service to remove the spanner light and reset the service and oil counter. Hope it helps like and subscribe Tony from AK autos.

If anyone is having trouble finding Service intervals in the menu, try to find it by pressing Start/Stop on neutral ( dont press the cluch and brake pedals). It worked for me. It wasnt showing while the engine was working. Thank you for the help!

Thanks! I don't need this yet, because my car is still under warranty and to keep it so I have to go to the Renault service shop for my yearly maintenance, but it's good to know I won't need proprietary software for this, so any shop can do my servicing after the 5th year.

Thanks for the video. I want to reset the start-stop ( i mean i dont want to be stoped the engine any time i stop for a while on the road) whithout needing to press the button any time i get started the engine. Shall i do it with the same way?

You cant turn it off direct in the menu of R-Link system, ... you always need to press the buttom left behind from your steering wheel every time you restart the car.
Maybe you could give it a try to disable eco mode/eco driving -- possibly it could turn-off start/stop longer? I didnt tried it myself yet.

I've just found how to do it, first of all you have to put reverse and then scroll down the menu and you'll find the service internals option.

put on neutral, press start stop, scroll down and you will see it! (don’t turn it on, vehicle needs to be off to show up service intervals)

mine doesnt say service intervals. the spanner is illuminated and will not turn off. It appeared, with the warning, service needed, a couple of weeks ago but i got rid of that. It was presumably serviced before I bought it in November 2023. Its now February 2024

You hold the ok but down until it flashes and goes solid then resets

I change my engine oil every 7k miles.....oil cost peanuts but regeneration of turbo or fuel injectors Few tons or new one few K pounds...
