just within a couple of videos you graduated from a diyer to a builder. watching you using those powertools is really so inspiring, Tina! you are amazing
this is what i call a good sunday morning....laying in bed, watching a Tina reno, drinking some hot tea, while it's snowing outside. The perfect sunday...! I always get so motivated and inspired watching your transformation, DIY and decor videos.
Awesome job, Tina! What a transformation...so pretty! Your comfort with using power tools is inspiring. I'm 70 yo and a tool freak, so it's great to see other women who love (and aren't afraid to use) power tools as much as I do. 🥰
I love all your projects you have been doing! Your videos remind me how much I miss having a basement! Don't have them in Austin TX, but I sure wouldn't move back north for one now!!
I love how your videos are telling the story of your home DIY journey, it’s so cool to see each week the projects you do and then how they fit into the space! Can’t wait for the full entryway makeover 😍
Probably not a popular thought but it looks best with NO doors! Doors will cut off access to those cute little cubbies you made! This turned out so great! You are such a smart cookie!❤️
This came out better than I expected. I love to see how much you've grown in confidence and skill since I began watching your channel. You are so creative and inspiring.
The fact that this is TRULY budget friendly is amazing. So many builders/DIYers I follow consider $2,000 for a weekend project budget friendly and my budget disagrees. So this was really refreshing, seems achievable, and it was lovely to watch. Thank you!
I used to have a black closet but what I didn't like about it was that it was hard to see stuff inside it. When you put doors back on, make sure there is plenty of very bright light.
Love this, Tina. You did a great job! I would definitely leave the doors off. You could always add an extra hook or two on the left hand wall as it is somewhat hidden. Also metal hooks with a top and bottom hanger will allow you to hang twice as much
You have inspired me to open up my coat closet and try to do something creative with it. No power tools really, and no place to use them if I had them. I'll use what I have and hopefully paint will make a difference.
This is absolutely GORGEOUS!! Also, thanks to watching your vids I purchased some of my first power tools, and have refinished my kitchen cabinets! Thanks so much for your videos and inspiration!
This came out great! If you decide you do want a door, a sliding barn door would look cool too and not take up a ton of space , it could also second as a piece of art♥️
What's an excellent job I never thought the black color would of turn out so beautiful with your ideas and perfect hands the closet looks great using the knobs it shows off the entire stool and shoe stand 👍🏾
What an amazing young lady you are! I just enjoy watching you no matter what project you are working on, you just make it look so easy. And you tackle it all with that amazing smile. Love the entryway....Perfection!
In case you need more storage you can put a rod on the right hand side of the closet parallel to your shoe storage behind the door trim this way it won't look messy and will also be functional
You could totally install a rod on the left side to hang up your less-used coats where it's a bit more hidden, then have your most worn coats on the hooks!
Very inspiring video. Got me motivated to convert my main entry closet into a coat, shoes and hidden storage area. Thanks for the ideas and making the whole a series of interesting tasks to a completed project with style.
I noticed your cute entry closet in your entryway transformation video, so I watched this...very cool! Love the black! I really appreciate you showing using tools. I'm a beginner, so everything is helpful! I love your positivity and encouragement. 😊❤

This is the sweetest comment! Happy Sunday to you, hope it was a good one 💛
I love how it turned out!! Black with wood tones are my JAM!!
Limousine Leather is my FAVORITE black paint! It's just the richest, most beautiful shade - I have it in my house and I absolutely love it.
What a beautiful project 😍.
I love this idea of the open mudroom and in black with the wood or brown accents 😀
Tina has a new video, cup of coffee, cozy blanket. It is a winning combination.
Nothing builds more confidence that learning and using power tools. It also expands your DIY skills and project list!! a good job,
Lovely video thanks for sharing 👍 🥰

Looks very cool. Could you put a short rod front to back on the left side? You'd be able to hang more coats and still have room to sit. 🤔😃
