      Like the title says, "2014 Top 10 Gaming Mouse" not 2013 even though it's very good mouse. Not trying to be a dick.

      FoxyTimezGaming Yeah and the video means AS OF 2014 they are not ALL in 2014 also it's made 4 days after 2014 started so it wouldn't make a bit of since. Not trying to be a dick.

      Speed of Light The Philips Twin-Eye sensor is known for having lots of movement when lifting up, and is a laser sensor. It weighs 135 g with the battery, which is about 30 g too much. There's tests showing how bad the wireless connectivity is, when compared to every single other high end wireless mouse

  • @Shajirr_

    Why are laser sensors keep being used in new mouses, instead of superior optical ones? Just to say that the new mouse has more DPI so you should buy it now?

    • @chinarep1
      @chinarep1 10 років тому

      I might be wrong but I think laser mice work on more surface types and track better if you don't have a mouse pad. With that being said, it is sad that there aren't more optical options for serious gamers.

    This isn't based on how good the actual mouse is. This is based off of unique functions. Like how is the Kone Pure above the XTD? Here's my top 15
    Razer Taipan
    Logitech G500s
    Steelseries Sensei (I don't have experience with this mouse so I don't know if it's better worse than the Taipan)
    Roccat Kova 2016
    Razer Ouroboros
    Logitech G700s
    Logitech G302 Daedalus Prime
    Corsair Vengeance M65
    Roccat Tyon
    Finalmouse 2016
    Logitech G502
    Logitech G402
    Steelseries Rival
    Roccat Kone XTD/Pure
    Razer Deathadder
    Honorable mentions: Mionix Castor, Zowie EC2-A.

      The deathadder chroma isn't special in any way. It has the usual Razer piece of shit build quality and it's made for 7 year olds. The wireless version of the Sensei should maybe have been here though

    • @christianstowing

    I owned a Razer Ouroboros(probably the most expensive one out there) for a year and has brought me nothing but frustration. Don't get me wrong, it's a great built mouse but the synapse software(that is necessary for advanced options to work) is extremely unreliable and unstable. Now I own a Logitech G602 and I couldn't be happier.

  • @bliubarry
    @bliubarry 9 років тому

    Can anybody explain to me why people even use laser sensors for gaming? or at all? From what I was told optical sensors have no built in acceleration for higher accuracy, while lasers do. The only pro they have is that they can go to higher DPIs than most mouses, but why in the hell would someone even need to go above 3k?

All other mouses GTFO. Look at the shape and weight of these two models, and decide which one is better for you. If you can't afford them use something cheap like a sonsunny cobra while you save up for one of these two models. GLHF

      I heard of one. The Roccat Support answered him and said him it could be a Steelseries engine and it was the one of his headset. So I confirm that youre right.

    I have a logitech g500s gaming mouse do u guys think it would be a waste of money to upgrade to a g502 proteus core

    • @daskrow1363
      @daskrow1363 10 років тому

      Honestly i have had a 502 and the sensor and performance are there but the mouse is plasticie my braided cord frayed within a week and it just feels bad to use it is allot up to personal preference but Logitech has dropped their game in build quality while the performance is still there
      im currently using a mionix naos 8200 and it feels amazing and the build quality is great but there are a few and somewhat far between firmware glitches that do break it for me it works fine 99% of the time and has not let me down during games but its still there
      Still on the hunt for a gaming mouse that has the performance and quality that makes me sequel like a little girl
      but it is up to personal preference so good luck

      Don't get a mouse solely because of the dpi btw. It's mainly doesn't help you and is just a selling point.

    Guys I need help
    I am trying to find a really nice looking mouse that is a wireless (I don't need all the fancy MMO buttons, all I need is hot looking mouse that is verrry comfortable and has a lot of LED options, especially red/black kind of lights since my laptop is red/black and I want to move it around and that's why I need a wireless mouse and something to match with it)
    now the only wireless mouse that I have come up is razer ouroboros/naga/mamba
    - Ouroboros looks amazing to me personally I really like the design, I am not sure how it feels in a hand tho...but the only things I don't like is the expensive price...in Canada best buy it's $200-220 with taxes which is a lot for a mouse, and also I don't like the fact that it is green color only....I like the color, but it just won't match up unless I turn it off
    -Mamba....seems allright, but I don't really like the design of it, but it seems ok
    -Naga- nice looking mouse, tho I don't need the buttons 1-12 buttons on it, I think it will just be uncomfortable for my thumb and I will always press against those buttons, the color changing is very nice....I can change it to red LED to match up...but price is still expensive around $190 in Canadian best buy
    anyways can someone recommend any wireless mouse? something nice looking not cheap stuff, would love color changing option to match up with black/red laptop LED keyboard...
    oh and for wired mouses I was looking at g502, g303, mionix avior 8200, ROG Spatha, Asus ROG Gladius (can anyone reccomend the g503/g303 and Gladius? the only issue I see with g503 is the color is blue I can't change it to red.. :(

      +Vlad Baghdasaryan Definitely the razer ouroboros. I had tried the naga but wasnt rlly my taste so i sold it and bought ouroboros instead. Been using ouroboros for 2 years now and its working fine

    • @shijun5182
      @shijun5182 8 років тому

      +Vlad Baghdasaryan btw ouroboros could also be used as a wired mouse if u wan to

    • @shijun5182
      @shijun5182 8 років тому

      +Vlad Baghdasaryan And to be honest i dun rlly think u need ur mouse to be rgb cause ur hand will be covering the lights most of the time and if u are those ppl tht gets sweaty hands when gaming for too long it not gd if u have an rgb mouse
