A lot of clients think the price of art, hair cutting, nail art, etc, is only a price for materials. Some don't understand they're also paying for service and skill. I'm not sure how the client didn't make that connection though, because if she really didn't understand that she was also paying for skill, she would have done it herself.

Honestly I bring stuff to my nail tech all the time and my nail tech loves it because sometimes I even up her on but it’s NEVER for a discount it’s just because I may like a very particular color or a want a particular design.
