brussel sprouts are more bitter if they are picked before they have gone through a frost, so if you grow it, you know to pick AFTER a frost and they are amazing.

I have the small sheet pans. I use it for freezing items flat. Then I pop the item off and place in a basket in my freezer.

The biggest oven trouble I ever had was at my mom's house. It was the first Thanksgiving after my brother had died so a ton of our friends had come for the weekend. I was in the middle of cooking Thanksgiving dinner and the turkey and pies were in the oven. About 5 minute after I'd checked on everything and had gone back to socializing there was a tremdous crash and everyone ran to the kitchen to ee what it was..the DOOR had fallen off the oven!! How? I still don't know, I propped the door back up using a chair and powered through. Ma had to buy a new stove though.

Oh no! That's crazy!! Why to appliances know to fail at the worst times! I had a dishwasher quit on boxing day once. At least we got a deal on a new one in a boxing day sale! lol

Absolutely agree with the clothes line. From April to October it’s my best friend. Nothing is better.
Thanks for all the great meals on your sight. I’m leaving my husband for two months and have been filling the freezer so he doesn’t need to worry about dinner and lunches while I’m away.

I think the small sheet pans you saw were the quarter sheet size. I have full size, half and quarter sizes. Size relates to “sheet cakes” in my experience. I use them to make sheet brownies for a large crowd💕

The chicken asparagus sheet pan is now one of our favorites. So good. We are going to do another freezer meal day here soon. It makes it so easy to pull your meal out and get it cooking. Love all the ideas. Happy Easter all!
