I don't play Ocracoke too often but my go to combo for her is gamma, jump alpha when you you drop the Gamma and once you are flying at them you use beta

31:05 my opinion on Ochaco is that she should get a kind of armor using beta, not an ignore damage reaction armor, but a reduce damage done to her while spinning. Or... just remove her from Rapid and shove her in Assualt. Aizawa has a tether alpha and he's Tech, plus he has his beta for more movement, yet Ururaka has a slowing beta. I think she'd fit in with Assualt seeing as most of the Assualt have crazy maneuverability (Lady, All Might, Yellow Deku, Yellow Shigi, Kiri)

Oh baby, get ready. Ochako main here, these are the combos i know, beta throw if they have shield it will stun them for a slipt second then, gama, alhpa, gama, alpha, spin. If use use her martial arts, at then end you can hit an alpha. If u want to keep distance then u can replace the alpha with a beta throw from the first combo. Then of course theres a simple beta throw alhpa then spin. In mid air, beta throw and alpha, than u wait and repeat. She is my one and only main and im am so happy about the buff. In terms of lvl up, you got it, beta 1st, then alpha to 4 and gama max, sometimes i go beta and alpha max. If i could figure out how to post my clips, id show my game play. Oh and she has a horrible time with 3 specific characters, ilda for sure, dabis if they teammates, and now the new shiggy. All of witch can be taken once you learn her in a 1v1, or 2v1 but they are at least imo the main to watch out for. I was definitely getting anxiety watching the plays but holy, i swear after that 1st match i even screamed LETS GOOOOO!!!!!🎉 oh and one more thing, buff wise. Make her special be able to use mid air. Fix the gama drop, sometimes they randomly miss, and on topic of the gama, make it where if your looking at the damn roof it places there. Too many times has it appeared on the floor. And maybe slightly increase the beta THROW damage. The best thing they coulve done is the alpha buff, so shes soild as is still. Again, EPIC GAMEPLAY.
A weird buff that I would like for Ochaco would be for her special to be like a meter like Endeavor's so she could turn off her float to not have it accidentally backfire if you miss an alpha

18:10 is one of the main reasons I've been falling off on her. She's been my main since season 1 but I've slowly been playing her less and less because for a character as squishy as her you have to get in so freaking close to do any damage and you can get interrupted super easily. I do think they need to either give the beginning stages of her beta a bigger hitbox or give her some armor or something because as it stands I think it's just kinda bad. The shadowbuff definitely helps her a bit but I still think she's one of the worst characters in the game atm. Idk even when just comparing her to other Rapids characters it feels like you have to work so hard just to deal less damage than the others. FYI I dont think they should put her beta back to the way it was before I think it was a fair nerf but they didnt give all that much to compensate for it
