Bahot badhia hai Sir aapke lectures. Sometimes I really feel sorry why I did not seen ur lectures earlier as I have seen that u have made the lectures very earlier. Thanks a lot Sir. Please keep teaching for us.
Sir, what would be the actions taken if the female tries to flee the jurisdiction area, then how would the court stop that, and how, if the arrest is not possible for the female to compel her to pay to the decree-holder?
Sir ese to har koi diwalia ghoshit karva lega or sir diwalia ghoshit ke baad chahe uske pass 3 sal Baad paise ae to bhi usko paise dene hoge dubara execution ki file lagakar
Ridhima plz read the bare act it includes section, order and it's rule. Without the concept clarity we can't even think to get good marks in preliminary exam.
@@harpreetsinghkahlon2827 thankyou so much sir but as i read it already from takwani and now i am reading through bare acts like all the sub. From bare acts and while studying particularly cpc like in sec. There is less connected orders are given there bt alredy i know which order is concerned with which sec. So i read it with that .. Is this the fine strategy of reading as i dont take any coaching .... But thanks to you sir as your videos help me lot in contract act tooo

sir it is written in sec 58 that judgement debtor once released cannot be rearrested are there any exceptions? and can a bail application under section 151 can be filed? please answer
If he is released under sec 58 than he can't be rearrested. No exception of this section. But if decree holder pay the subsistence allowance under the fresh application with request of arrest of judgment debtor, court may consider the same if he give the justification of not paying the subsistence allowance earlier
detention :- person's liberty is restricted due to physical restraint or when the police or any authority holds someone under suspicion arrest :- to produce the person in a law court or person with some charge and take them into custody

Link wise study is always important so always read the order with that relevant section, it helps u to remember the concept

sir please make a lecture on section 51 as it is a very important section to be read with order 21 rule 40
Sir, what is the difference between Arrest and Detention?
detention :- person's liberty is restricted due to physical restraint or when the police or any authority holds someone under suspicion
arrest :- to produce the person in a law court or person with some charge and take them into custody
