I make mine the same way minus the celery seed. Rotisserie chickens are so easy to use especially for chicken tacos or enchiladas.

I am new to your show and I like your dishes. Only thing is it is not a good habit to suck or lick your fingers and than continue to handle your food you are preparing. With all the germs that are going around this is not a good thing to do. Your saliva is on your fingers which means germs.
