I got fed up with Trump and the Republican Party by late year 2017 and changed to Unaffiliated voting status. I voted for Biden in 2020 and couldn't wait for Trump to leave, but I truly wish Trump no harm. Trump is just simply not presidential material and his agenda is stuffed with vengeance, among other things.

I was not surprised at all...President Biden owned that room, and with a big smile on his face at many times. He is a total Boss.
I fully admit that when Biden got the nomination in 2020, I was dubious that he was really up to the job. I have been pleasantly surprised by the things he's managed to accomplish in his first term. And, if I'm being honest, I hear a LOT of Bernie Sanders in his ideas and I can live easily with that. I don't understand why so many people in my state vehemently hate Biden. I just don't get it. Everything he's doing is helping them, too, even if they fail to see it.

If the border and immigration are as critical as GOP insist that it is, then refusing to accept the best deal they have had in decades is ridiculous. This is a problem Trump and the GOP want to demagogue, but not to actually fix.
If they think they can do even better under a Trump presidency, then pass this law and if Trump does win, then nothing would prevent him from coming up with his own proposals for the border and immigration.
