Make sure he has his EX_PL file in his anim folder. Copy RS_PL one and rename it.

Add code names of characters (writed it down below) to:

Simlpy - download 1.9.2.1 with patch. But Mack you need to add yourself.
Simply, you need to write "StayAtPosition=T" and "Position=[coordinates]" in character's directory in exploration .toy file. I took coordinates from the first Cars VG exploration .toy file.
