My tummy tuck is in 3 days and as soon as you said you were getting nervous my nerves started going, too. It's definitely starting to get real for me so I know exactly how you felt because I'm feeling it right now 😅
You used a deep tissue massager for lymphatic?? Lymphatic is an extreme light touch. How did that work for you? Thanks for this! I’m gonna look for follow up videos you definitely have a small amount of things.
@@KalaInTheKingdom nice !! And may i ask you how long did you needed help at home (cleaning the house ,cooking etc) . And how long did it took before you could walk with a straight back ? Thank you so much 💖💖
I definitely wouldn’t advise cleaning with alcohol or hydrogen peroxide! 😬 alcohol will hurt so bad and they can both delay healing. They’ll probably tell you to use a washcloth with some soap but I’m sure they’ll tell you! Good luck with everything 😊
I got this stuff just based off of what I've seen on other videos. But the alcohol is just to keep where the drains are clean. Idk why I got the peroxide lol. And Thank you 😁
I'll update everyone later on. On what I actually used!

If it makes you feel any better I’m 8 months post op now and it was the best thing I ever did.
Hey. How are you. Guess you out of surgery 3days post
Hey I was told my Doc and nurse not to use alcohol, peroxide, or any ointment etc for your incision. So what did you use those things on?

Can you please share which faja you purchased? There are so many and I'm confused.
Use peroxide to clean your faja .
I’ve never heard that, I just threw it in the wash when it was dirty.
Hi loved this video , I am getting mine over 4 months . So am preparing a little bit . Can you give us a 1 year post update ? Lots of love ❤️
Yes! I just haven’t had the chance to film it yet but it’s coming!

@@odiebilya8321 I only really needed help for like the first week or 2 but it took me a while to be able to walk straight like 4 months
@@KalaInTheKingdom oh wauw that’s a long time 🧘♀️
@@odiebilya8321 yeah some people heal faster I wasn’t one of them
Thank you 😊
You’re so welcome
Did you use the massager, and did it help? I'm going to be having a tummy tuck next month :)
Yes!! I still use it over a year later
So it’s needed only on tummy after tummy tuck no where else can u show how to use plz
How did you know what size stage 2 faja to get?
Just go off the measurements on the size charts

Can you tell me what the injections are?
I actually don’t remember,
Lovenox injection is used to prevent blood clots.
Did u use all this stuff?
That and so much more tbh I kept having to go back for other things
Thank you for this video !!! ❤️❤️
Of course ❤️
Did you use all those things & do you think there’s items you should’ve got?
I wish I had a recliner honestly that would have been the most helpful thing. I was really sore from just trying to sleep propped up with pillows
This looks so scary 🥺
Eh, honestly after all the pain I been in the last few years it's worth it.
You don't need to go out and buy anything .
