A baby he had just as much right too biologically as Kristina. Yes, Kristina has a right to be sad , but her pain is of her own making because she is the one that made the stupid choice that caused her to nearly die and that did kill the baby.

Now as for carrying the baby I agree she begged them to do it and they agreed so there again it’s 50/50 blame because Alexis warned them that something like this could happen. (Not the babies death but getting too attached). Kristina and Molly both have the right to grieve in their own way. But I lean more towards Kristina on the grief part because she carried the baby for almost 9 months and had that connection with it that Molly never got. I can’t imagine what that would feel like. Molly grieves because she can never have children and that’s what’s so sad about it too. In the end it’s devastating for all involved.
True, Molly and TJ didn't talk her into being a surrogate, she talked THEM into letting her be the surrogate. And after they agreed, she was going to go back on her word. It started out wanting to them a child and then it turned into wanting to give HERSELF a child. She has to know that ALL couples have problems but they usually work them out and not by splitting up. In case, she's forgotten, their mother is not together with either of their fathers and TJ's parents are not together and they've all been doing fine.

Kristina is a lot of things and while she has no problem hurting herself while she spirals and by proxy it's affectes her family the one thing she has never done in all the time we've known her it's physically knowingly betray her her siblings or parents for any reason. In fact Kristina's pattern of behavior has shown you that she's actually a Corinthos and a Cassadine when it comes to protecting her family and goes to extreme lengths overcompensating to protect her loved ones. It's actually why she's in the mess she's in now she was protecting a her and her sister's child from a threat she perceived (TJ) because she didn't have all the facts. Molly didn't want to talk about it everytine Kris brought up her concerns and when she'd go to Alexis for advice her Mom instead of sitting both of them down to mediate tried to stay out it to remain neutral. Unfortunately this led Kristina did what she always does jump to conclusions based on the perception of Molly and TJ's actions. Especially with both of them treating her kind of hostile and judgemental and combining that with pregnancy hormones 🤷🏾♀️. Those Davis girls are terrible at communication. I hope they can come back from this before to much damage is done because I honestly think Kristina is borderline Bipolar and lets not even get into whatever Cassadine defects is floating around in that gene pool. Like I said of all the kids Kristina has the most of the Fiery temper associated with being a Corinthos and a Cassadine, girl is actually winning considering.
Has Molly and Tj ever shift there focus from Kristina to the baby during her pregnancy? Did they make time to bond with the child while in the womb? Blaze has more bond with that child than Molly and Tj does.... all they were focused on is beating Kristina down and never once did they ask to feel the baby kicks.... Both of them will be sorry and I hope when blaze return she puts them in place where bonding is concern because she is more of a mom than Molly will ever be.... both blaze and Kristina knows what the baby likes and dislikes.... For me Tj and Molly don't deserve that baby because they know nothing about the baby and what happened was for the best to prevent and even greater disaster because Tj's mom would step in and use her powers being Mayor in favor of her son.
