How to flert when you know you're talking to a girl you know she's obviously lying about herself to you and/or she's not intelligent enough to understand nuances in a conversation? That always threw me off and I got self-aware and ejected. Eventually I just gave up on 'pick up' because the majority of cold approach led me to girls I wasn't interested in at all. And warm approach was always a slam dunk.

Hi Todd - greetings from LA!
I have a couple questions (with a lenghty, but relevant backstory).
I've been in a relationship for over 10 years, so needless to say, I've been out of the game for quite some time now. Starting late last year, I resolved to get back into the game and thank god stumbled upon your channel relatively early on. Suffice to say I've been watching your content multiple hours a day for close to two months now.
After finally feeling empowered enough to go out, I did for the first time last night in as long as I could remember. Unfortunately, I only had a limited window from 8-9pm, so it was pretty much just me and two other dudes since it was so early. However, I was thrown a major curveball when the bartender came over, as she was 1,000% my type. Obviously I had plenty of opportunities to talk to her since the bar was empty, however my mind went immediately blank upon each engagement and everything I had learned from your videos for the past two months went out the window. I literally couldn't think of anything Todd approved to say in the moment and naturally the conversation became the hour long boring, platonic conversation to nowhere. After replaying the interaction in my head over and over this morning, I was able to identify a plethora of opportunities I had to inject attraction into the interaction, which is really troubling since in the moment it was the complete opposite.
Last night's interaction is still bothering me hours later (A.) because of how stunningly gorgeous she was and B.) and perhaps even more upsetting, the fact that I feel like I can almost complete your lines before you say them in your in-field videos), which brings me to my three questions:
1) How do I engage my brain to game in-field rather than defaulting back to a basic chode/going blank (as was the case last night)? As a side note, I think her not giving me any shit-tests threw me off because I've really honed into that aspect of game. Additionally, I don' think I've seen any videos of you giving advice on gaming hired help, which I feel carries a slightly different dynamic than a typical cold-approach situation...
2) In general, what is your take on gaming bartenders/hired help?
3) Do I have another chance with said bartender from last night if I go back on a night she's working, or has that ship sailed due to my utter failure from the previous interaction?
