I just gotta say something: When I FIRST watched Sonny's video, I can't remember which one it was, I was like "eh I don't like this guy." But, after watching a few dozen more videos; I really like Sonny and I love his personality, the places he travels and more importantly the FOOD. Sorry for pre-judging you! I'm glad I decided to stick around because these videos are life!

The portion size at that second place blew me away! During my experiences with international eateries I’ve found most all places have much smaller servings than what are found in the US. But that definitely was not the case at the second noodle shop. One of their servings could easily be shared between two people. It looked absolutely delicious as well as being so large/filling.

Noodles are super cheap. So it's about the right portion not too much, not too little. So is the price and cook quality for public affordability. No point pricing too premium with no business (unaffordable to eat). In business we want the cheap and quality cooking so your place is crowded with many2 customers. Good business count.

Gefinition Vlogs don’t feel bad. My ICU pt stayed with me for 8hrs with combo DKA and sepsis and kidney failure. Barely managed her BP, sugar and fluid intake/output. Toward the end of my shift She got to move to ICU and was told she is thriving the next day. You do your best
I actually respect that third soup for keeping it very simple and focused, but I would rather eat ten bowls of #2 any day.

Well its to expensive but it seems to be very good. If i wouldnt care about money at all, i would get it (dont forget that this meat is already pretty pricy when raw). In reality i would go to the second place and buy something for maybe 15 $. Oh by the way for my first car i paid about as much as the last bowl of noodles and it was kinda okay.

Actually, MW tried original Wagu beef in Kobe Japan so many times it's even more expensive than this and the reaction is exactly the same as he react to a 1$ street food.

I've been in taipei before and i can tell you their trademark beef noodles are incredible served in most places. Broth is incredibly rich in flavor and the noodles' tough, big texture compliments it so well. Amazing. Very very good noodles.

It was made in house and air lock sealed, restaurants do that, you know.
