Hi Devy, you sure can. Even sa BBC. Kasunod ng BBC ay ang South Palms. There's a security guard sa boundary ng south palms at bbc so I'm not sure if they will stop you. Di ko pa naexperience na nasa Dumaluan tapos naglakad paright papuntang south palms, naglakad hanggang BBC lang ako (kasi nga may guard hehe). Pero I am 100% sure from BBC or Dumaluan pakaliwa until that 4km stretch of white sand walang papara sayo, you can walk free. And if ever naman kunwari pupunta ka ng south palms tapos yung guard ay magiging difficult, bawal naman yun sa law natin. Sabihin mo nalang within 30 meters from high tide, hindi yan pwedeng angkinin or maprivate-tize kaya nga pinasira ni duterte yung infrastractures sa boracay dba na nasa 30 meters ease zone. And for a budget friendly resort, my recommendation is Dumaluan. Same beach and sea quality as BBC and South Palms. Sa resort nalang yung difference, syempre mas OA yung BBC at South Palms pero sa Dumaluan it's okay for what you pay. Advise lang for Dumaluan accommodation, try to ask if available yung separate cottages na nasa malapit sa pool, kasi pag dito kayo sa may new building na may 3 floors ata yun, sa may beach side, you can hear the noises of the other guests checked in on the same building. Mas maganda din yung accommodation na separate bungalows na malapit sa pool. Mas quiet. :)

Hi Joey, if considering the accommodation and food, it's better in Momo but my preference is more on the beach and swimming experience so I choose Dubay. :) This area in Panglao where Dubay is, situated, is where the best beach and sea in Panglao is. South Palms, Bohol Beach Club, Dumaluan, Bolod, Dubay, and so on this series of resorts have the best swimming area that's my point of view as someone native and born in Bohol :)

in May 2017? haha if I have the budget I would go but I tend to save for another place and experience a new one instead of going to the same place again hehehe but if I cannot go with you, you can always ask me anything about Bohol, tips, fees, where to stay, car or motorcycle for rent. Malayo po ba ang dubay to bohol beach club?
Walking distance lang po if sa beach side kayo dadaan pero if gagamitin yung kalsada malayo na, iba iba po kasi sila ng kalsada galing sa highway. Makikita nyo sa google map magkalapit lang sila sa beach front side.
Kung sa dumaluan public meron nmn po ba accomodation na less than 2k dun?
@@rjuan89 sa dumaluan public wala pong for overnight stay. Mga pang day use cabanas lang po P1,400 per cabana. Sa Dumaluan Private may mga different accommodations sila but di ko na po alam kung magkano na ang rates nila ngayon sa mga rooms and cottages nila.
