Right! I still am trying to figure out if the dealer was trying to take me for a ride or if GM really didn’t want to cover it.

Could the dealer/GM know it was tracked when it broke? And does GM even cover track related stuff breaking? I wouldn't have expected it to be covered if they knew that it was tracked... Some other cars send back data like location of car, etc back so I wonder...
It’s possible but GM will warranty the car. It comes with a track supplement guide from GM to set it up for track use. It’s what the 1LE was built for
I only use Classic chevrolet in Grapevine , Tx . Very very good dealer. Im a customer for life as long as they keep the service manager. He's a badass !

Is this a common issue on these cars? What year is yours?
Mine is a 2019. This has happened to a lot of people. It’s just part of having a supercharged car. I have a feeling it was a temperature issue with metals and plastic stretching. It was 40 degrees in the morning and the car warmed up nicely and then was at operating temp and I think that played a part
Bring the car here and we can replace the parts.
I got all new OEM parts fit now
Can't believe aren't going to warranty it. This is why I only take my cars to performance shops I trust or do the work myself
Exactly. They didn’t even look at the car. It was in the same spot I left it in when I picked it up

OMG I am having a similar situation with Ford and my Focus RS. Blown engine with CPO warranty though.......wtf the dealerships and companies can be really challenging. Keep at it. I am looking for a ZLE now! FYI my car has sat there for 10 weeks so far.....

Wow ok cool. Well I own a 2018 donut had the correct gasket from the start. That's not the issue for me. CPO is still in the balance rt now. Waiting 2 1/2 months now.

Yes but still had drivetrain warranty
But didn't cover the belt/pulley failure under that. Deep!
