The original cast was the perfect combination that made the show work. That best friend duo couldn’t have been played any better. The different direction destroyed that show.

I always thought she was the comedic relief in that sitcom. I swear, I never seen a scene with her that didn't have me cracking up laughing! Every now and again,she had serious episodes or emotional scenes, and she had the audience glued to her! She was really a natural in my young eyes!

Spirit was that girl! She stole every scene she was in. She comedic timing, the fashion, the sass. She was my favorite character and I did not even watch the show anymore when she left. It was obvious they wanted the show to feel less relatable to the Black community when the series was moved to the CW and Spirit much like Kim from the Parkers (well more so from Moesha) were people that girls and women in our community loved because they were so relatable.
They fired the dad too. He was only on a few episodes

Yea I was kinda mad when they took the show to Cali when it was on air.
But spirit character matched her characters persona, she was full of spirit with being a loyal friend. Her & Kyla dialogue was perfect. Kelly was just down right funny, I was mad when they removed his character.
Everyone misses the patterns…..they keep it wholesome to gain a following and then go to the hedonisim

One of the worst endings to a TV series was this one and Moesha Brianna lost her virginity to Ray J after being with Arnaz for all those years miles get kidnapped by Thugs trying to extort Ray J.. I see is Ray J's for both these shows got canceled😂😂😂😂😂😂 just jokes people

I can see Sicily doing a cooking show on the food network definitely if she ever wants to come back to TV. Be like a celebrity personality where she doesn’t have to rely on acting or being famous to get gigs. Spirit was my favorite on the show, and i pretty much stopped watching it when Briana left for college. I think they could've let Spirit stay on the show and go to college too, it would've been way better than the new college roommates being casted. They dropped the quality of the show after that.

What was so sad was how Actor FLEX ALEXANDER was also let go😮, and wasn't able to find any type of T.V. work afterwards, he alone with his Super talented Wife Singer Shanice, loss their Home, from what i read the Home was Worth about a few Millions, Shanice was a Powerhouse Talent going back to the 1980's as a Teen Vocalist, however she only Managed to put out ONE HIT SONG, i seen an episode of her on the Network T.V. One, and she mentioned that music producers simply didn't know what to do with her😮, her Voice is amazing, powerful, it would take a HELL of music Producer to Turn out the Greatness of a VOICE like HER'S Unfortunately her spouse from the T.V.show One on One disappeared from T.V. all Together HOW SAD😢.
