I don’t see the overhype still going. That train died a while back. Now he is just a fan favorite and a goon, which is sweet.
He's a fun guy and very cheerful but some of his goofy antics may be because of his dark impoverished background. I come from a very poor neighborhood and very poor state and Ik that alot of ppl mask their depression, stress, frustrations, and sadness with humor as a defense mechanism, it's just that Johnny never really lost that even when he escaped that background.

All the people do is overhype in the UFC. People now string a few wins together, win a belt, and they are pound for pound the best fight now. Or "the best the weight division has ever seen." They haven't even defended the belt, or have 1 title defense. And people lose their minds. Ever new champion is "the best champion the divisions ever seen." Love him, but Joe Rogan is so bad for overhyping people. But because he overhypes everyone, when someone does actually reach the highs, he was right and knew it all along. It's kinda funny how people just eat it up.
Honestly to casuals if you're not the champion, you're overrated. Its mad annoying, any ranked fighter is at least 15th out of 7 Billion people.
