Sauteed Bottle Gourd with Misua | Ginisang Upo at Misua | Budget Friendly Recipes | Filipino Dishes

Nag iisip po ba kayo ng mura na, masarap pa na ulam para sa buong pamilya? Panoorin nyo po ito at siguradong magugustuhan ninyo at kahit mga bata at mapapa unli rice. Sabaw pa lang ulam na!
Disclaimer: I'm not a chef. My cooking is based on my personal taste and I always do it my way. I just love cooking food and making video recipes of it, even my first time cooking. Most of my recipes are also from UA-cam and other reading materials. My measurements are often estimates, and some of my ingredients are optional and leftovers.
Ingredients:
1 medium Upo, sliced
1/4 ground chicken
1 small pack misua
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
salt, pepper and chili flakes to taste
vegetable broth/water
Instructions:
*Heat oil in a cooking pot.
*Sauté onion and garlic.
*Once the onion becomes soft, add ground chicken. *Continue to cook until the chicken turns light brown.
*Add salt and pepper to taste.
*Add the upo. Cover and let it simmer until the upo is cooked.
*Pour water into the pot, depending on how much soup you like. Let it boil.
*Put the misua noodles into the pot, then stir.
*Let it simmer for few more minutes until you see the misua is ready (and not soggy).
*Transfer to a serving bowl.
*Serve.
