Both are different. All the Gujarat state ayurvedic Colleges are affiliated with Gujarat ayurveda University.
ITRA Jamnagar is a central institute that directly comes under AYUSH ministry.
Do you live in Hostel or Pg? & what is better?
I live in rented appartment. It's up to you where you prefer to stay for the rest of the college journey.
Personal pgs or flat give you immense space and time for yourself. Hostels don't offer that but living in hostels have their own perks.

I am so much confused lots of people say there no Money in bams ans people have no patience for long term medicine so what i do ??????
There is no money when you fail to do hard work, when you don't like to come out of your comfort zone.
Ayurveda is not slow ; it cures from the root cause of the disease not only "pacifies" the symptoms. Nobody can exactly tell you what you have to do in your career. It's only you and your wisdom should decide what is correct for you and what path you can travel without keeping any regrets.
