So as gross as Gary is (and he is) Daisy is no different. Her voice is like nails on a chalkboard. She lies and is lazy and never accepts criticism. I have no idea why Glen or anyone in the crew lets her get away with so much. She is far from the best stew and does the absolute minimum as CS. Colin dodged a bullet. I don’t know if Daisy is an actual narcissist like Gary but she’s definitely got narcissistic tendencies. Most (not all) do on reality tv. It would be nice to see/hear if family, friends and coworkers gave Daisy and Gary some hard truths and insight into their behaviors for their own benefit and everyone around them. Sadly society tends to avoid the truth when it’s hard because we’re typically weak with doing what’s complicated. Yet avoiding the ‘drama’ aka tough convos (when important) will only make life that much more difficult and unhappy. Denial in all sorts of ways and levels can be very toxic. If there was more hard but respectable convos, it would be more acceptable, less dramatic in reactivity and a heck of a lot more respectful and kind. Interesting how respect, kindness, communication, self awareness, learning, growing, etc. is something humans find so hard to figure out. Yet things like basic science, technology, etc. can come so naturally as can our poor behaviors come out so easily. Interesting how reality tv is a society that actually tries to have those tough convos but not for the right reasons obviously. Ratings always get in the way of what’s real and important. Parenting and schooling truly have a lot to learn when teaching children to grow up and find happiness.

Captain Glenn is a real disappointment for not seeing through it. Gary can do no wrong in his eyes; all criticism is reserved for interior. If I had to pick between what the deck hands do and what the stewardesses have to deal with, I'd be on my knees scrubbing that deck in a heartbeat.
