Hi I found this routine online. Can you tell me if it will build muscle and get me stronger? My main thing is to build muscle. Im gonna do 10×10 (10 sets of 10 reps) german volume training. I will do 3 excersise for each body-part. Here is the routine layout-------Monday-back,biceps. Tuesday-chest, triceps Thursday- legs Friday- shoulders, traps, forearms What do you think?
