I love cooking for My Husband and Children. Actually when we look at the bigger picture, we are are leaving traditions and Memories for our children and Grand Children. Just like you remember things your Grandmothers taught you how toprepare. I prepare foods using My mother and Grandmothers recipes, sometimes with a little tweaking.😊 I always learn something new when I watch your videos. For instant, that small amount of sour cream to mash potatoes, like you did will add that little extra richness to my mash potatoes, also using Idahoe potatoes instead of russet. hey gina, why do you heat up the milk and butter before mixing. we make our potatoes putting the butter and milk in cold and they turn on just fine. Im wondering what heating it up does differently? Does it have something to do with texture??

I use a knife too! My husband prefers to use a peeler
Gina when I am having a big brunch, I fry my chicken wings and drumetts in my electric wok. I can move it off of the counter, and it doesn't take up a burner.
