Why don't you disclose the price..it's a waste of time in case it is beyond somebody's budget...I guess every real-estate youtuber must keep transperancy as their core values and say it upfront...I know serious buyer will contact anyways but even the window shoppers might get tempted with the price being made available upfront 🙏😊

I think there is sunlight in the basement, because there is no S+4 building behind the plot. Once there are floors back to back the time window of sunlight will be very less or there will not be any sunlight.

@@WinworldRealtyggn In current basements big issue is of seepage and of rain water entering. Since birla has given a big cut-out so don’t you foresee issues of rain water entering to basement. Have they thought of avoiding this issue while making such basement.
