  • Well I impulsively sold my Gambler 500 Lexus IS300 a little while back and instantly regretted it. I had to get another vehicle to replace it and found this, it should be fun! Look forward to doing some mods and taking it out.

Wait a minute…. Just a few comments…. 1. The 4 wheel adventures should also include road trips on interstate highways to visit your favorite sister… 2. You got a new trash can! Where is your Frankenstein trash can? 3. You must add a cool paint job on this beast, think red, white and blue (like PBR)…?? 4. Loving your new sound effects system to describe the sounds of the top flapping thing..😅 I almost peed my pants laughing!! Good thing Biden showed me how to “depends”….😊5. Kitchen thing only really needs a cooler to hold PBR…. You can pack a rocket stove to heat food if the engine won’t heat up the crack chicken…. Because there are restaurants along most roads nowadays! Yeah and number 6. Please fix that dimple in the backside!! … you could use some styrofoam insulation on that back inside body frame area! Dang, you’ve gotta love having such a brainiac sister that loves to laugh at life in general!! Plus, you have to make sure that you put an outlet in there so she can sew….. love ya! 😮

No sewing machines will be in this van. The kitchen thing is kind of cool but probably more than I need. Body work is a maybe, it’s not too bad but maybe I can get it done south of the border for cheap?

Nice van. They are pretty reliable. They used them for service vehicles where I used to work. Lasted forever, even with the abuse.

I see a lot of mobile car detailing places still using these. It’s an old GM product, for sure going to have some issues but it’s fixable. Looking forward to using it.

LETS GO! I've been waiting for this video! The van is perfect! Can't wait to see it out here in Florida soon.

It already has a lot of good stuff on it. I’m crazy enough to drive an old van across country

Thank you. I can’t beat on this like I did with the Lexus but it will be more comfortable at the end of the day and more off road capable (hopefully!)

Nice to have that vehicle! I once owned a 1989 Chevy Astro Cargo Van in the past. Very easy to look over another short and small and vehicles, equal to riding a very big horse! Watch for its axles. Working on its engine might request you to take its internal hood off.

Yeah, getting to most of the engine requires the removal of the "doghouse" but that comes off pretty easily. I had to get in there the other day, it looks like the engine has had some maintenance recently (plugs, wires.cap/rotor) so that's good.

@@TomsTinkeringandAdventures One more thing, I want to tell you. The van's oil dipstick and automatic transmission dipstick are way longer than average length of these dipsticks!
