Paul, Apostle of Christ is the story of two men. Luke, as a friend and physician, risks his life every time he ventures into the city of Rome to visit Paul, who is held captive in Nero’s darkest, bleakest prison cell. Before Paul’s death sentence can be enacted, Luke resolves to write another book, one that details the beginnings of “The Way” and the birth of what will come to be known as the church. But Nero is determined to rid Rome of Christians, and does not flinch from executing them in the grisliest ways possible.
Bound in chains, Paul’s struggle is internal. He has survived so much-floggings, shipwreck, starvation, stoning, hunger and thirst, cold and exposure-yet as he waits for his appointment with death, he is haunted by the shadows of his past misdeeds. Alone in the dark, he wonders if he has been forgotten . . . and if he has the strength to finish well.
Two men struggle against a determined emperor and the frailties of the human spirit in order to bequeath the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the world.

It's so easy to hear than to read... This one (than the last one), particularly gave me a feeling that Apostle Paul sat near me to give me the advice... Musch needed advice for me personally.. I've gone through these words so many times.. but only today I got touched.

I have done all these he is saying, and yet I have been hurt a lot by exactly doing all these, truly these won’t work for such evil world, I have been hurt by my kindness, I opened doors to strangers, they hurt me most, they did most evil to me, and the list goes on 😢😢💔🥺 I have learned be so careful and not open my heart , as my heart is most precious gift of lord and I am for ever asking lord forgive me that I was not wise and let the evil souls hurt my precious heart, I have learned wear my armor, shield, ask lord for protection, I have paid big price, I have carried huge cross on me all my life , my sufferings beyond my capacity, Aal because I was so open heart and sincere, full of kindness and helped many, but I got hurt a lot, a lot
I am sorry that these things have happened to you. God sees the good that you have done, and He will bless you for it - if not in this life, then the next. Keep the faith. Continue to do good, but be careful. Do not let the devil or the world crush your spirit.
