We streamlined it and made all the scratch horses value $10 so we can get on with rolling the dice and seeing who wins. We also use the cards to determine scratch horses, a much more even distribution, so all horses have a fair chance of being scratched.
I'd love to get my hands on this game, but to have it shipped to the UK would take the national debt of a small country. It would look better if the horses had jockeys, but still a great game, and very good video.
@@lanaden3221 Yes, I was aware of this, but it looks like these wooden games just aren't sold over here - or if they are, I can't find them. I have American cousins coming over for a holiday in July, and while it's a bit cheeky, I'm actually toying with the idea of asking them to let me have a copy sent to them, and then bring it with them. This game is also called derby dash. I don't know if that would help you look it up in the UK.
