Charlotte Mills Bridge (where our investigation became a comedy)

We are at Charlotte Mills bridge in Clark County WI to see if it's haunted by Charlotte herself. In the early 1900's, a woman committed suicide by leaping to her death into the Black River and her name was Charlotte Mills they say in October is the most active time of year to see her ghost, but we decided to go there in March.
