Yeah, this was our first indoor investigation, and it didn't disappoint us I think the people who we talked to said there was a curse on the town itself but I am not 100 percent sure because I don't remember it's been awhile since we been there and plus we are probably one of the more skeptical teams in the state but once in awhile things are too convincing and we come into it with open mind so who really knows what your husband has seen at the end of the day but thank you again for sharing I always love hearing first hand accounts from people

@midnightparanormalfiles I totally understand being skeptical . I'm one of those people who thinks IF ghosts are real I was out numbered at birth so why should I care".. sort of thinkers. I dont have any 6th sense so i guess that sort of thing cant bother me if its real... I would probably do more damage to myself being afraid of them than i would not caring anyhow. 😆

@lisameier5436 yeah true we just go into it open mind and kinda go through everything that it could be and easily explained but sometimes it's very difficult to explain and then that's when we would come to the conclusion of it being paranormal so we are skeptical but we aren't at the same time I don't really know how to explain it better like the equipment we use isn't the most reliable sometimes because our cell phones can set off emf readers or same thing with walkie talkies or if we see a orb it could be bugs like a moth on the screen or something or dust

@aimeemoore1094 I fully agree that's why I had Craig tell the story I could not do the justice of this location but I do have a soft spot for Summerwind

I have no idea but for me it always been a very interesting location with the paranormal

@@constantbone6239 we didn't get inside of the pink house for a investigation just booking for eating there and you can book a investigation for moon river and old savannah theater I hope that helps you out a little bit

@@constantbone6239 yeah there's quite a few haunted places in Wisconsin warey road down over by Madison is a good place to start off, red bridge in Stevens point is a good one too they have a ton of books of Wisconsin haunted locations to I also forgot to mention Ed Gein stuff in Plainfield WI is probably haunted same with Jeffery Dahmer stuff in Milwaukee besides

I would of but a lot of these places are private property or whatever besides the graveyard and don't want to be trespassing into other people's yards but maybe we will do a updated video on this and get permission to actually stop in at these places

Thanks yes the ruins are very cool to see this is up my alley as well that's why I started making videos on it even know a lot of places we check out we don't find much but I want to share with people our experiences doesn't matter if we get something or not at locations I just want to show people cool spots to check out and the background stories of these locations because it fascinates me

Yes it is but we had access to it that night because of fox valley ghost hunters had permission from the owners of the property

Well this mansion idk if you know this was on a show called a haunting but the first season and second episode it was on there I believe I have to check but you probably heard of that show and yeah

@@midnightparanormalfiles yes i did watch A Haunting this was the second episode of the first season where Arnold and Ginger Hinshaw moved into Summerwind in 1969, and I read about Robert Patterson Lamant fired two shots at a ghostly apparition in the basement doorway after it creaked open so yeah I definitely enjoyed the history and background of this former glory mansion and I really do hope that somebody buys this land and fixes it up and rebuilds Summerwind Mansion to it's former glory

And also thank you for sharing your possession story with everyone on here this place is a special place to alot of us and it's really interesting and your other stories are pretty interesting also

@@midnightparanormalfiles I actually sent Craig a copy of the original blue prints so he could use them on site in 2014. Actually modeled my paranormal society after his as well. He is a good guy.

Is there going to be a restoration in the future? I’m absolutely obsessed with Summerwind…. I finally found out that it’s owned by the USAF? I wish I could buy it. I’d restore it to its original state and make a bed and breakfast/ museum out of it.

@@Le0Nocapri0 I hope so someday. Since I started my own paranormal investigation company the founder of the Fox Valley Ghost Hunters Craig Nehring would know more about the rebuilding status.

Subscribed to your channel. I actually copied everything Craig did from 2009-2013 to build Phantom Detectives LLC. Same website menu layout as his, same equipment, same video editing style etc. He taught me a lot. My mentors were Art Bells final two producers.

@@PhantomDetectivesLLC I just forgot to mention that I really hope whoever ends up buying summerwind property will take care of it and possibly restore it back to original condition or I wish I had the power to but turn it into a historical landmark for the state and have the state buy it and rebuild the house as a museum or even a bed and breakfast or something it deserves it instead of getting lost to history where someone will tear it down and turn it into a summer home that's not even close to the original house
