I only discovered LOTL because of their participation in the upcoming German ESC preliminary but now I am a big fan! They are so talented and versatile. Love it.
Criminally underrated band!
They also have a more sensitive side with classical influences. Prison from the Gothic meets Klassik 2013.
Or We were young, with a senior citizens choir.

Their album came out on December 30th. And yesterday THE big news: They entered the German album charts on #1!!!
So highly deserved: Fantastic songs, incredible shows, always close to the fans and perfect models on stage as well.

I love LOTL .I only discovered them in 2018 on a Mera luna live set on UA-cam. I've continued to get their music and listen often.

Eric you are the man! I so agree with Jessica here...an unbelievably talented group here, why are they not known more?! I know their opening for Iron Maiden this past year in Europe had to help a lot. I have seen attendees say that LOTL killed it in that tour with IM. Have you seen some of their work that is pure orchestra Eric? Chris is an accomplished cellist also. They are a humanitarian group of men and can be seen some in their song Your Are Not My Enemy released some months ago after Russia invaded Ukraine...very touching and they stated donating all profits from it going to aid Ukraine. Great reaction here, I have personally never heard a song from them I do not love, one of my very favorite bands and YES I am holding hope they eventually tour here in States.
I tought Lord of the Lost was the best band in Gelredome Arnhem opening before Iron Maiden (saw them in november in Herford, Germany)

LotL caught me with how they marketed this new album release: they released the song then announced the album was coming out like a week later, just like back in the day! Instead of having half the album out as singles by the time it releases, which bugs me so much. And then couple weeks later I learn this song is their entry to be selected for Eurovision and him freaking out!!! I hope Germany does good and picks them, it would be very cool, we'll know beginning of March!!!

You just gotta love LOTL. They are so unbelievable versatile and pure genius.
