Lost ark new class! the Sorceress

I'm so excited for Lost Ark to come to EU. I hope they release the sorceress right away because that is exactly the class I would want to main.

I actually think the cast time is faster than most mages out there in other games, take the mage from BDO, the casting time for meteor is longer, and the more powerful spells have you standing still, so it is pretty normal. The Sorc here pulls out some fast casting spells first so then she can cast longer attacking spells, she used like 3 spells at the same time in 5 sec at 1:34 if you look closely

id say for the classes in lost ark, it's like the paladins slow cast/stand still skills, which is cool to use once in awhile but compared to the other classes it is def slowler.
You notice it a lot when you cant move or have to cancel when dodging

@@tchewbapride Well, being a glass cannon type of class, I would assume it is a powerful class, cuz y'know...mage, I am fond of standing still and watching things go boom and bringing mayhem to the battlefield. I never fully enjoyed Summoner since it wasn't the classic mage I wanted to play as.

Been an arcana main. But this will definitely be a class I try once released.

Looks cool, I am thinking to create a DeathBlade, but when they show every single skill of the Sorceress class maybe I change my mind, depends, but I am worried about how this class will be in PVP with stand still skills...

Well, the standing still skills apply to Bard and Summoner as well, Arcana less since she has more mobility, but squishy since she has to get closer with some of the skills.

@@cristicta it's hard to say now but as long as it's not 1v1 pvp it should be fine? in 3v3, we will only know when we get more information :)

@@parsnipgames1384 I'm sure they already came up with ideas to make her abilities compensate for her lack of mobility, even for 1v1. Even Summoner stands a chance in 1v1, Bard too, it really depends on skill and luck ofc. But that's the least of my problems really, I just want to enjoy a class I would definitely like to play as. The only bummer is that it's a female and not male wizard...I am tired of playing females all the time when it comes to picking the mage class

new class every three months, then grind repeat.
