Wicksteed park Vlog 29/06/2019

In this vlog we celebrate Jesse's upcoming 3rd birthday with a family day out at Wicksteed Park in Kettering, Northamptonshire - on the hottest day of the year so far!
There is so much to do at this park, we didn't even have time to go boating, on the treetop walk or the go-carts. The park is beautiful, scenic and huge with lots of walking distance in between the different areas. After a couple of hours we had to get the pushchair out for the sake of Jesse's little legs.
We purchased wristbands online in advance: £16.15 per child, £13.60 per adult and £13.60 per Mini-Me (kids under 1m) and saved money by taking a picnic with us.
We enjoyed our ride on the railway, various rides like the gallopers, chair swing, ladybird and clown coasters, rocking tug and log flume. We also had fun on the big slides and visited the aviary. Unfortunately at the moment the water chute is closed for a restoration project.
All in all despite the heat being exhausting we had a great day. What a fantastic place for families!

You can get tickets online cheaper £13 something but it’s £16 something on the door
