- Hi guys!! Here is another video of what we eat in a day. Everyday is different for us, but we are starting 2020 with a healthy meals and we are already feeling better!
We actually didn't include any clips of us drinking water 🙈, but we've been trying to drink at least 2l a day. Now during winter we tend to have a lot of teas as well so we can have up to 5 teas a day ( mostly herbal ) which is also a great liquid!
