Hello, what do you recommend the best smart vacuum cleaner robot to buy?
Does it recognize carpet and adjust vacuum level accordingly?
They have now added the global S9 model to aliexpress. How do you feel after a couple of weeks using it? Still using it weekly, still recommend it? How loud is the vacuum and does it have a front-facing camera for AI object identification? I cant decide between the Ecovac Deebot T8 with auto empty or this Viomi with auto empty.
Does it share the same main brush with V2/V3?
Experiencing an issue, the water doesn't come out for mopping, even at level 3.
The mop stays completely dry, as well as the floor, the tank remains full.
Any ideas?

Hi there, so have you noticed any difference in cleaning performance between this and the V2/V2 Pro?
I haven't tried out the V2 for quit some time now. I do see the alpha comes closer to the corners, drives a bit faster and is smarter with obstacles as it got a LDS turret with bump sensor(like Dreame D9)..what I seriously like is when it comes to double cleaning a selected room it will do it once and the second run in opposite direction....Because of this model being a China model/version I experience a slow connection on Mi home.. therefore my advice to not buy the CN model..but the S9 instead:)

hi guys I got this robot couple of moths back, I am facing a problem with the mop command.. when I select the mop feature water is not coming out of the tank, sometimes it works most times it doesn't.. does anyone know a fix? much appreciated

I haven't had the the pleasure to try it out..it comes with a different technology I haven't tested myself..
But as far as I know this is only a China model.. this could come with app problems like slow response..but I'm not sure..since I never tested it

Unfortunately, never tested the Roidmi EVE... But I believe when it comes to picking up dirt the S9UV is very very good!
For Viomi robot vacs, is it possible to mop and vacuum at the same time since it has its own mopping Y shaped pattern when mopping?
Yes, you can do both at the same time:).

Hi, sorry for the late response. I meant if the mopping cloth is attached and enabled Y mopping pattern, will it vacuum and mop in Y pattern at the same time? On S9 is it possible to turn off the vacuum or mopping mode completely (either one) even if the mopping cloth is attached? Please do a review on Roidmi Eve too.

Hi! I got the viomi alpha 1c which I believe is the same version but in black. Unfortunately, I am unable to connect it to the app. I was wondering what app you used, and if there is any reason/tips I could try out such that it might help it work.

Hello, many prefer roborock s5max as truly the best when it comes to price/value.. unfortunately I never test that device (only the normal S5).
Many people love the carpet sensor on the S5max but I Always clean on turbo/max suction with any robot so than it doesn't make a difference.
In my opinion I love the Viomi V3 the most. The mopping function is amazing too.. But this device the S9 is also great because of its self emptying feature.

What is missing here is a large water tank.
Why does Xiaomi have so many different but similar vacuum brands, viomi, mija, roborock?
They are all different brands with their own productline, except for Mi(Mijia)...Mi gadgets are made by one of these brands for Xiaomi. For example the Mi robot vacuum is made by roborock..the Mi Mop P pro is made by VIOMI.
@@XiaomiGadgetsGuide I have the roborock S5, and really want a self emptying vacuum. This S9 looks identical to the roborock and can empty so I'm very tempted, but wonder how long before the roborock brand gets the same technology, since they seem to share designs.
@@itskevindulac oh no, they definitely don't share the same stuff. Viomi & Roborock are completely two different companies. The LDS turret is in the middle of the vacuum because it don't need a lid to open to acces the dustbin. Normally Viomi got the turret more to the back. I don't know when RR will launch a self cleaning one..somehow I already expected one from roborock.i do know Roidmi is on the verge launching one.
