My husband is a big deer hunter. I make an almost identical venison tips recipe in the instant pot and it’s great. Just swap the beef for venison. In case there are any other hunting wives who watch.
Definitely going to make that Beef Tips recipe! Boy, that looks amazing. Also, the breakfast casserole looks perfect. I might try that this year for Christmas brunch too! AND btw, I love Lou! He/she is so darn cute.
The Beef Tips look SO good & I love a good breakfast casserole! During the holidays I always prep absolutely everything I can ahead of time. I also take shortcuts where I can, so I use the Real Bacon Bits in breakfast casseroles, baked beans etc. On Christmas Eve I put all of the wet ingredients together (for our breakfast casserole) & put it in a ziplock & the remaining ingredients in another one. Christmas morning I just mix the two together & voila breakfast is cooking & only 1 dish to clean!!

I sent this recipe to Mandy- this beef recipe reminds me of it! Slow cook the following as long as u want! Beef stew meat, onions, mushrooms (if on wants) , one packet Lipton onion soup mix, 1 c red wine, 1 can cream of mushroom.. I serve over egg noodles! Delish!

Oh my goodness I just made these beef tips and gravy for dinner! So so amazing! The meat was so tender! My husband absolutely loved it and said the meat just melts in your mouth! The only thing I did different was diced the onion because my boys aren't onion fans. Thank you so much! Also you making riced cauliflower, this would be amazing on that instead of potatoes!
You need two instant pots. I have one dedicated to only yogurt, mashed potatoes and rice, nothing savory/spicy and the other one I use for chicken, pulled pork, roast, etc. I actually also have a power pressure xl that is an 8 qt I use for larger things like a larger pork butt or larger roast, etc. I wouldn’t give anything for the three I have but definitely need 2 in my opinion!!!

I had no idea there were places with power lines underground. I’m in west Michigan and ours are above ground. Them beef tips look to die for!! I also, want to try that breakfast casserole. I was a little skeptical with the cottage cheese in it but you guys convinced me.
Hi Mandy, I was working in my kitchen watching this video, thanks for the dinner inspiration by the way. I didn't have time to change the video I was watching it on my tv. So you tube played your older Winner dinner videos one after the other. I dont remember which one but one of your subby dinners called for a Taylor farms salad kit, you said your store didn't have any. Walmart carries them they are a company out of Colorado. Hands down the best salad kits on the market today. Maple Bourbon crunch salad is to die for.
I hit the like button before the vid started. We typically have breakfast for dinner on Thursday night. I can’t wait to try the beef tips & gravy….it looked really good. Oh & every time I see someone use that handle cheese grater I laugh! I threw mine in the trash when I got the one you have from QVC. I love it & I can get my son to help me when I have to grate cheese.
We in south Africa have load shedding It is when the request for power is to high and when we will be off for a few hours daily for weeks. Also the power line is above ground it tends to be getting stolen for the copper. Yesterday some parts of your town has being of for more then 24 hours Love your videos. Thank you very much
I love my instant pot so much! I have the Crock Pot brand and it's wonderful. I can make a full 2+ pound pot roast, from frozen in an hour and it's tender and delicious. And it's so great for quick baked potatoes and such. I use mine several times a week. I'm so glad you started using yours!
My late husband always called Worcestershire sauce, “what’s this here sauce”. Whenever you have trouble with that, it reminds me of him and I smile 😀

The Amish casserole would be good with a can of green chilies mixed in as well and then served with salsa on the side Yum Yum

We do the traditional biscuits and gravy, eggs, and sausage for dinner but I would LOVE a hashbrown casserole for ANY meal
I have a suggestion for the beef tips. Try flouting and frying the beef tips before placing them in the instant pot.
I use a gallon size zip lock whenever I need to marinate and/or coat veggies. It is always even coating and a lot less messy!

We in south Africa have load shedding
It is when the request for power is to high and when we will be off for a few hours daily for weeks.
Also the power line is above ground it tends to be getting stolen for the copper. Yesterday some parts of your town has being of for more then 24 hours

I love my instant pot so much! I have the Crock Pot brand and it's wonderful. I can make a full 2+ pound pot roast, from frozen in an hour and it's tender and delicious. And it's so great for quick baked potatoes and such. I use mine several times a week. I'm so glad you started using yours!
