    High Protein Instant kala Chana Dosa (no rice & no fermentation) 💕
    This instant kala chana dosa is protein rich. This protein dosa breakfast recipe is rich in protein and low in carb. Perfect in your weight loss journey..
    Ingredients:
    2 cup soaked black chickpea (overnight soaked)
    1/2 or 3/4 cup semolina (sooji)
    1/2 cup curd
    Salt to taste
    Cilantro with stems
    Green chili to taste
    Ginger
    Water to grind
    Serve with red chutney (recipe is up)
    Enjoy !!💃
    Note:- 1. No need to boiled black chickpea (need just overnight soaked chana).
    2. Make sure the tawa is heated well before making dosa. You can sprinkle some water to and it should sizzle right away. Put a few drops of oil on the tawa and spread with a paper towel all over the tawa.
    If you are using cast iron tawa then you can also use an onion cut in half and use the flat side to spread the oil.
    3. You can add rice flour or oats flour instead of sooji..
    4. If you want Crispy Dosa, can add little bit of Eno or baking soda..

    But Semolina is Carbohydrates right ?

      @@VmV2017 yes! But Semolina is low in carbohydrates and has a low glycemic index. Semolina flour is high in fibre and is a good source of iron and calcium.

      Yes! But ye instant dosa h, agr dahi add nai karenge to texture and taste dono kam aayega.
      1/2 cup use krni h not too much.

      Yes! You can make wothout dahi too.. if you don’t want to add dahi than pls add rice flour instead of sooji..

    What’s the substitute for sooji ? Can it be made without sooji ? I dislike sooji 🫤

      You can add rice flour instead of sooji.. or you can soak 1/4 cup rice with black chickpea..

      @@amsalekabaskar3840 sorry! If you don’t want to use rice flour or sooji, than instant dosa can’t make.. but you can make black chickpea chila with lots of veggies..

      Olive oil is a great and super nutritious oil and it has a 450 degree F smoke point.. best to use on medium temperature cooking..
