The guesthouses allow camping on their land for a small fee. You could wildcamp the trail though. The trail is still young, so in time I expect campsites to emerge

2 questions: is there any need to bring a sleep sack or bag and what outlet charger is required?
On your journey I’ve not seen any campsites , so no option to walk and camp ?
