The easy way is to go to your phone setting click on apps then select Samsung health then go to permissions and you can deny activity tracking it will pause steps tracking and any other activities you can easily turn it back on as you want

I have the S22 ultra and I enjoyed the notification from the drop down saying how many steps I had. Normally it wasn't swippable but now it's gone and I've turned on the settings for notifications any idea how to fix it?
