  • Another recipe for FIT sweets 🥥 This time the healthy version of Rafaello. Favorite coconut balls now in the home version. No added sugar, literally a few ingredients - in short, a quick and easy recipe. Dietetic Rafaello will make a sensation in your homes.
    RECIPE:
    FIT RAFAELLO🥥
    ✔️170g coconut shrims
    ✔️ The permanent part of coconut milk from one can
    ✔️5 tablespoons of xylitol
    ✔️16 almonds
    Pour the almonds with boiling water for 5 minutes, then remove the skin from them. Mix coconut, coconut milk and xylitol to a homogeneous mass. Make balls out of it, putting one almond inside. The balls may crumble, but after spending a few hours in the fridge they will get tough
