Hey there! Thank you for watching! 🫶 I didn’t brick lay them neither did I perfectly align them. I just made sure they were all the same size vertically and horizontally. No, I don’t see any cons. Once your hair grows to the length you want you can keep them or cut them out. I may be concerned about coloring them depending on the quality of the hair….but in general if you don’t want to start short it’s a nice option. ❤️☺️
