Well this episode proves Connor should do audio books readings

As soon as they uttered "Stillhavity" every hair on the back of my neck stood on end. I never thought I'd hear that name again.
I’m sorry disappointed no one touched it my guess would of lead to a hex blade, warlock situation and I’d be down in tragically, but I’d be down lol
I felt absolute terror when I heard that name… 😱
AAAAAAAA
That means he’s stronger now
Greckles didn't have a tank? Then what was Panic?

Monty's lore notes are soooo good! Honestly, that entire journal read like something from a horror game. Good stuff.
it seems the dragon gods both agreed that this project was intruding on their domains and it needed to be ended
If I had a nickel for every time a world setting had mages be punished by gods for doing things they shouldn't, I'd have at least two nickels.
Avalir and Alton definitely got the smackdown.
actually you just made me realize that insdroc is a dead god so who has very little to no real influence by themselves currently so if both they and orthoc cause those visions it actually gives a good idea into how ancient these vaults are.
also just imagine messing with the laws of nature so hard that two opposing gods stop fighting just to smack you down real quick.
I didnt realize bosco voiced my main in street fighter, im gonna have to get good now to give respect to the legend
Can*t wait for them to unravel the mystery of the -void century- mage war
In the words of Vegeta from DBZA: I am here for iiit.
2:55:31 SHUT UP SHUT UP SHUT UP SHUT UP SHUT UP SHUT UP SHUT UP SHUT UP SHUT UP SHUT UP SHUT UP SHUT UP SHUT UP SHUT UP SHUT UP SHUT UP SHUT UP SHUT UP!!!!!!!!
Also well done Monty with that journal and Connor with that reading
On today's episode of the Unexpectables. Gaius relives gym class, Isqan loses his lunch, Ky is given a familiar lesson, Milo button mashes and Otho is in the splash zone.
Well, after all that, my theory about the vault was wrong, but only somewhat.
Some fantastic environmental storytelling with the journal from Monty. This is up there with some of her finest worldbuilding work!
Here is hoping the experiment can be saved!
Let's GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! MY REIGN OF TERROR CONTINUES!! Also hi Mark, Is best boi!
Bosco, name next session “How to break your dragon,” in commemoration of the title you didn’t get to use this session.
Gaius is worried about the weight restriction me casually looking over to the teleportation circle that’s just in the other room lol I mean we can come back this is essentially an extension to your home
What a NICE episode.
03:26:14 ahh, its been a good while since Monty dropped the dice
I was misreading the fucking episode title as SHEAD, with an S, so I was like, "How does it matter that they misspelled shed?" That's a fucking 5. The title is 5 head. God damnit.
You know it is bad when the scientist making weapons say we have gone to far. Nice session everyone.
We did it we made it to the funny number!
It's the funny number!
@@haileysnyder3173we love to see the funny number
It's the nice number, we're well past the funny number.
Monty hasto know that the party is for traps, she is just being a gremlin 😂
My only question here is: Why did Lynn say Stilhavity's name out loud!?
My guess, to make the creature be relevant again. The way Monty has it written is it's working on Freddy Krueger rules.
Please, oh please. I need a clip of when Stillhavetty was named dropped + the "Meanwhile, back in Alivast..." bit. I screamed in terror in my car along with youguys and have been laughing about it all day. That was a great bring back.
Finally, I can come to a world of wonder.
Like no other under the shining sun?
Made my first Die Hard Dice purchase the other day. The pouch of protection till keep my tasty math rocks nice and safe
The title for this episode works on so many levels. Also that one name from Campaign One is one I haven't heard since.... Campaign One
Not stilhavity!! * my Goliath cleric of Avin sneezes and looks around confused * I though I heard something chilling.....
im loving the lore drops for this campaign. and since it can be hard to remember every detail given its week between games, i want to point out that gaius found a solid corpse. they can bring the head to lynn, and have an eye witness to the mage war.
My ears🫡 the water bottle crushing voice is my least favorite thing ever🥲 but I cant skip it because its part of the plot😭
2:19:14 I am LIVING for these happy souls references!
Needs to lock away evil sword that will never be unlocked or used for any reason and should never be hinted at using, Gaius: "UGLY SWORD!"
1:39:23 I’ve also rolled really well on roll20 this week, my last game I got every Crit of that session between me and the other players
Stilhavity that was a pain.
So.. First time commenting. But i honestly don't know were usless to put it. But i have two theories here.
One is the sword in the chest is a call back to season one. The episode with the potion shop ((or the episode is call potion shop)). Right before the elemental plane travel. Monty rolled it to see what else the shop owner had. Sword was worth 200k. And it might have intercept or taken.
My second theory revolves around the sword again. It was going to athil ((please correct if i am wrong here)). My theory is that the beads weren't the only thing corrupted. It would explain why the country is in the situation. If it was corrupted. The mind of the weilder would be affected. Change of ego and mind. Mind you i know nothing of 5e and how mechanics work around this in this edition. I personally know abit in 3.5e
Mind you this all theories and from a outsider point of view. But either way. Great episode and great story so far. I been enjoying it. So i kindly ask be kind. First time commenter ever..
All you need to know about that sword is the thing that made it ain't orcy
Oh yeah but wasn't there a holy avenger or im getting them mixed up
@@thesilverceres7042 I'm uncertain. All I can recall from memory was the price, the name that it was stated, where it was going ((and to whom it was going to)), and that it wasn't made by mortal hands.
Nice
Nice!
Nice
Oh so it was a topaz dragon the whole time, a yellowosh gem, so monty was using fizban, I mever would've guessed, that means it was neceotic breath
I would like to see the group start building a betting Guard/army to protect the artifacts in the castle. If worm tung came Back he can take what ever he wants. And Monty please if you make a military leader make him be like Churchill hill, or like General Pattan. If you make a admiral make him the most British person possible with handle bar mustache and very quirky.
Damn mages, never know when to stop pushing the boundaries of magic. so certain in knowing better than everyone.
Nice
I thought the number 1 rule of bit donations was "shut up and take my money"
I CALLED IT! I FREAKING CALLED IT!!! NECRECTA BECAME A GODDESS BECAUSE OF STILLHAVITY!!!!!
Meanwhile in Alavast… 2:56:46 for my repeated enjoyment
Everything is for sale when you have a tank.... Yes
Nice
Does Bartholomew Bastion know Sebastian Strong?
Nice!
Nice
Nice
I found this episode to be deeply fascinating. As someone who loves reading the files from fallout, control, etc. I personally love all this dark lore of the mage war. Also we must find a way to ground this dragon! *skyrim music starts playing*
Nice
Pretty wall fly for a topaz guy.
I audibly when OH FUCK when I heard Monty utter the name Stillhavity
Bosco. Chipp has been good in every single Guilty gear game. He isnt remotely at his best in strive. GG +R is cheap and has great netplay btw .. just saying.
I just had an idea you should find the most annoying NPC possible in Monty universe but who is also just a force of unstoppable good just so goddamn and give them the sword my goal my wish is a drive the spirit insane
So y its it called 5head?
24:00 I main Jungle. MOBA's aren't interesting without variation.
1:20:39 So... who's ready for more Unexpectables 1 cameos?!
Wark!
Wark?
Wark 😢
Wark😈
I just remember that one anime, code: geass, then I hear how u guys pronounce the spell, lol
While i do hope the party can save the experiment, i get the feeling its mind might be too far gone after centuries. Also my goodness, campaign 1 fans eating good this episode
nice
Nice
Is Mirium Velle a play on Miriam Bell from the game Faith?
whenever I think of someone assaulting anything, I think of the being throwing salt at the target every time.
The first time Earthbind has been actually useful
Monty, thats tsundere
Still gotta watch last episode but all I'll say is. Nice
2:51:35 that laugh needs to be a short.
Omg. The title. Its killing me😅
5e fo life!
1:39:40 it takes 5 to be crowned king
On this episode: Nice!
just get good 5head
There's a yandere in EG? (I don't know how to spell the anima name but characters help. Sanji, Rei, the German redhead i also have trouble with her name) who's the yandere in that show?
That would be the German redhead, Asuka Langley Soryu
@@ZeroAngel92 that's a little confusing that it's her I thought she didn't like Sanji, because of the argument during the third impact and calling him pathetic at the end (am I missing info from the movies? I haven't watched them yet)
And thank you for helping!
@lazylibra9862 It's fairly complicated, and I haven't watched Eva in a long while so I might get some details wrong.
@@ZeroAngel92 eh no worries, I was mainly surprised that the show had one. And thank you again!
Hi Bosco! Hi Mark!
WOOOOO 69!! HOOOOOIOOOOOOO
Well, let’s put it this way willing to use multiple fireballs against fewer targets moving fast and separated on open water knowing any damage that they took would be reduced still incredibly damaging but you aren’t getting as much as you would normally meanwhile, in the last episode it was probably the most ideal situation possible for a fireball a relatively dry environment with the only thing to extinguish the fire being a pool of acid basically With like 20 enemies, if not more clumped into a ball, a massive pile of enemies, all cluster together in a choke point a fireball, a fireball would’ve been incredibly useful you wasted more slots, not using a fireball then you would if you had used it
Exactly, strange choice of using like 4 fireballs out against higher dex enemies THAT ARE WET.
Zito, take my money.
Let's fukkinnnn gooooo
the more I go back through campaign 1 the more I start to realize that while Bosco is very experienced in D&D, he's not very good. 60% of the time as Remy all he did was take the dodge action, completely ignoring the fact that even if you taunt enemies, that doesn't mean they're going to attack you, hell, if you're not actively attacking them and being a threat, it more likely means you're just gonna get ignored, which more often than not is what ended up happening. Bosco either enjoys playing sub-obtimally to the detriment of his party, or he just doesn't know how to play well in the first place. It's no wonder he has a history of playing OP subclasses like Twilight Cleric and Bladesinger Wizard
Ok I just got into the unexpecables, I'm watching rather listening to your podcast and I'm loving every hour of this, I'm just glad these are still going on. Ima be sad to see who isn't part of this series rather than the first season.
Took 6 months to get back here
