Yes, you don't need an internet connection to use it. All your notes in Goodnotes are stored locally. But you can also choose to sync with your iClouds. It's optional. But if you reset your iPad, then all work done before will be lost if you did not manually backup first 🙌
Gumroad is easy to setup and there's cool analytics as well. But in terms customer attraction, unfortunately it's still lacking. Meaning you need to generate your own audience to your shop.
