    Mould (Mousse ring) size: Ø15 cm (6 inches)
    Crust
    Lotus Biscoff cookies 10 pieces (80 g)
    Melted butter 2 tbsp (30 g)
    Nutella and Lotus Biscoff Cheesecake
    Cream cheese 230 g (8 oz) (room temperature)
    Sugar 2 tbsp (25 g)
    Vanilla extract 1 tsp (4 g)
    Gelatin 4 g
    Heavy cream 1/2 cup (120 ml) (cold temperature)
    Lotus Biscoff spread (speculoos cookie butter spread) 1/4 cup (75 g)
    Nutella (chocolate hazelnut spread) 1/4 cup (75 g)
    Nutella topping
    Nutella (chocolate hazelnut spread) 1/2 cup (150 g)
    Decoration (optional)
    Lotus Biscoff cookies 3-5 pieces

      Hello! I guess you are using powdered gelatin😁 In that case, 12ml to 20ml water should do the job😃

    is the gelatin necessary? can i skip that part?

      It might not set the same without gelatin.😅 But if you don't want to use gelatin, try to whip cream stiffer than I did. Also other alternative is freezing it. It will definitely stay in shape without gelatin😃
