Sit and visualize roots growing from your root chakra into the earth and ask Mother Gaia to assist you with fear and any traumas your are holing on to. You will begin to feel one with nature and at times magical moments will appear or happen for you. My question is that while I am aware of myself and am able to control my energy at least 51% of the time its the 49% that gets me in to trouble.. does any one else have this kind of challenge when they are not at 100%? You allow your self to become triggered and start lashing out against a friend or old acquaintance who you may have had a loving relationship for years but you might have lost it for a couple of times oer those years... also the relationship may have been almost perfect not at 100% but certainly more than 51% ...but that is the end of the relationship.. the person decides that the juice is no longer worth the squeeze and they are done with you. so my comment really is how can only 51% be workable when my almost 99 % leads them to say enough is enough.. I think that you must be in control of your state 100% ....not as you have mentioned 51% of the time..

Anytime I hear “higher self”, I HAVE to share my story. I MET WHAT I WOULD LATER LEARN WAS MY HIGHER SELF IN 1982 WHEN I WAS 12 YEARS OLD! I awoke early one morning to the sensation of my feet becoming paralyzed & when I went to sit up & look to see what was going on, I found I could not open my eyes or move my mouth. The paralysis worked its way up, engulfing my whole body. For some reason I WAS NOT AFRAID. IMMEDIATELY, I SAW MYSELF, THRU MY CLOSED EYES, FLOATING ABOVE MY PHYSICAL BODY LYING IN BED! My eyes were a luminous blue & for hair & clothing there was just flowing energy. I KNEW IT WAS ME BUT I WAS OLDER SOMEHOW. I looked to be 30’s or early 40’s but it was hard for me to judge how old this OLDER ME looked when I was 12. I had no knowledge of metaphysical or esoteric subjects. HAD NEVER HEARD THE TERM HIGHER SELF! NOTHING WAS SAID BUT SO MUCH WAS COMMUNICATED!!! I KNEW THAT WE R IMMORTAL BEINGS TO THE DEPTH OF MY SOUL! I also knew that there was waaaay more to reality than the day to day existence I had! AFTER A FEW SECONDS, EVERYTHING RELEASED & I COULD MOVE & OPEN MY EYES. I looked at my clock & it was 7:13-no significance there so I went back to sleep, excited & waiting for the rest of my family to wake up so I could tell them what had happened to me. After being asleep for awhile, I awoke again TO THE EXACT SAME SENSATIONS OF MY FEET BECOMING PARALYZED! I KNEW WHAT WAS ABOUT TO HAPPEN & I WELCOMED IT ECSTATICALLY ! Again, I SAW MYSELF, THRU MY CLOSED EYES, FLOATING ABOVE MY BODY LYING IN BED! After a few seconds, it all released & I WAS BACK TO “NORMAL”-but EVERYTHING HAD CHANGED! I BECAME OBSESSED W/METAPHYSICS & SPIRITUALITY! I BELIEVE IT HAPPENED TWICE SO THAT I WOULDN’T TRY TO RATIONALIZE IT AWAY. I LOVE SHARING MY EXPERIENCES W/PEOPLE, ALTHO I HAVEN’T MET ANYONE WHO HAS HAD THIS SAME THING HAPPEN…I KNOW I CAN’T BE THE ONLY ONE😂! I have had a similar experience!!!! Always felt like but knew that I couldn’t be the only one either! So with me, I was an infant!! But I remember this!! I was laying on my dad’s stomach asleep (but not). And it was an older me that came out of my infant body and spoke (that sounds like the voice I have now at age 43), and she said (as I was laying on my father’s tummy): “This feels so good! I’m going to remember this!” And then I went back into my infant body ( and I can still hear her speak at certain times in certain situations to this day).I chose to remember and by the grace of OUR CREATOR I have and hope that I don’t ever forget! However, I kept it a secret until I was 15 and finally told my dad and described the room, setting, told him what he was doing and mom and he looked at me like he saw a ghost and said: “Naw! Who told you that? You weren’t nothing but a baby!” And I said: “I remember daddy!” And he was just speechless and said nothing else. I have also had an experience when I was at the age of 3, I was able to float and always realized that I had great wisdom even as a child. And I realized I wasn’t like the other kids. One night, all the kids were outside playing on a summer night (no one noticed) and I was floating again! Not in the air, but my feet would lift off the ground and I could float down the steps without touching them. This only happened a couple of times (that I remember). One night (after doing so), I thought to myself (even at age 3), I’m not like them, nobody else is doing this, and I thought about that no one would understand and probably send me away and do all kinds of things/test on me thinking something was wrong with me (just like I see in the movies today), so I made a conscious choice to stop it. I wrestled with the manifestation a little but i persistently wanted it to stop. Then it finally did and today in a way I regret suppressing my abilities but I think it was the best choice because I’ve been hurt by humans so much over the years from trusting them (even my immediate family), but I being awakened now, I better understand (and still learning) and wish I could have it back, but I know at that age I was pure and hadn’t been exposed to the matrix! The last abilities I had as a child was to write equally with both hands and I felt out of place of what others would think and was afraid. So, I chose to be left handed. To this day, I’m left handed. The other ability was my attraction to music 🎶 from a child. I used to teach myself piano keys by ear but my mother took the piano 🎹 from me and it felt like a piece of my heart was snatched away! Then I began to write. I became very good a writing and wrote my first song at 10 years old. Never knew how extraordinary that was as a lyricist until I later in life went to college for music and obtained a degree for music and entertainment. Music has been and always is my passion to this day! I’ve had many offers over the years but I gave up my life to be a mom to a daughter that I gave all I could who now doesn’t want me in her life. I took the wrap of both parents before and after her dad was killed. All is good, I know adult children go through their times. I now still put my life passions on hold for the 15 year old at home (who didn’t believe my infant story and asked me to float now. My heart goes out to children so much how they are programmed from such an early age. I also, told one of daughter’s this story but she didn’t believe me. My oldest one brags about her extreme intelligence (which she is) but has went hay wild and won’t talk to me (age 25). And my grand (age 7) I think came here with a gift as well, she told me she was able to see things and she described certain things to me (voluntarily) but I could see she is afraid of her mom and her mom stopped her from seeing me and just washes her with so much exposure of this world.🌎 Anywho, I’m embracing, learning, and enjoying my awakened journey! I had an experience when I was 24 or 25 where the Creator came & removed me from my physical body to show me how sick I was making myself with drugs & alcohol…I did end up getting clean & sober thank God. Aaron, I love what you said about the balancing process of the lower triad of the chakra system. As you pointed out, the balancing process is continual. While you were talking I connected this process to the tuning of a guitar. Let’s think of the energy system within the human body as a seven stringed guitar- in order to play beautiful music all of the strings need to be tuned to their assigned note. In a normal six stringed guitar the tuning is EADGBE. We can view the balancing of all of the chakras really as tuning each string of our energetic body to the correct note. On a six stringed guitar even if the strings aren’t perfectly tuned, if they are close enough to correct tuning the guitar will still play more beautiful music than a guitar that is wildly out of tune. That being said once we have tuned our guitar to the correct note we can always still perfect the tuning ever so slightly so that the G note that we are playing is the most resident and harmonic G note that it is possible for that guitar string to play. In my mind this is the crux of the process of embodied spiritual evolution - the continual perfection of the music which source can play through the instrument of our being. But heroine puts people into a slug state of inactivity lol. Now meth on the other hand will induce violence from the most peaceful person. I should know, my son struggles with meth addiction. Wow what an answer to a vision I had. Like Aaron I grew up in Pentecostal evangelical circles. Pre covid I had a vision of Jesus appearing in front of me and the split light spectrum came out of his stomach area and radiated into my stomach area and went through my body. He looked at me and smiled and through telepathy said look behind you. I saw that the split rays had become one ray of white light. I had such a peaceful feeling and just said wow wow as I experienced this. When I looked back at Jesus again, he just smiled and then disappeared. I searched the Bible for an interpretation of this vision, reading all scriptures about light, but could not reach understanding. Aaron you have explained this vision and I totally resonate with it, and since then I have had quite a journey of the lower 3 chakras being tested and balanced. Thanks for sharing this and providing an interpretation to my open vision which I experienced.
BRILLIANT ! I think (hope) my heart chakra is starting to open; I struggled in the past with an unwillingness to forgive and also a lack of compassion. More recently I find myself being more compassionate and forgiving both toward myself & others.
Any real world tips on this? I'm not malicious but I've been trying to protect myself from people and I guess not very compassionate or loving in doing so.

@@azmomconnection what I do lately is constantly remind myself about magnetism of ferrous metals. Opposite poles attract, same poles repel… only ferrous metals with weak polarity can coexist nicely together when you put them together. This is the universal law of polarity & universal laws are universal. So any time I find myself off-balance in either direction, I try to remember this. In another words, I’m constantly telling myself this stuff! 😂
In a world where teachers push extreme polarity on both sides, I feel like concepts of balance & grounding get lost in the chaos. My whole life, I’ve tried to advocate balance and walking the middle path. In my experience, this attracts nothing but resistance and aggression from both polarities. 😂 Anyone who is teaching balance and grounding, and is trying to point out that extreme polarity will only attract the opposite polarity just like a magnet does because universal laws are universal… I am behind that person’s efforts 100%. ❤
Very well worded yes. I attracted my exact opposite and when I try hard the opposite effect often can result. I bring new meaning to foot in mouth when I try talking. But my abilities to feel are off the chart not effected by distance or time. I felt my step fathers heart attack with so much energy I went to my knees 200 m away instantly. Confirmed what I felt when I got to my ohone to inform my mom what it was I felt. This has been normal life for me now discovered actually been touching into all of the clairs
I am just trying to find out if anyone has experienced the heart beating very rapidly during activation. I've experienced my heart racing. 3 times now. The first I instinctively breathed very deep through the experience. The next two times I was in a state of fear that it was not good and that my heart was racing from it being abused. But this is accompanied by ringing ears very very vivid dreams body vibrating and the feeling of love of spirit. Anyone ever have the heart beat very fast?
Are you sur it's not the energy center spinning? Take your pulse during the experience and see if it's really racing that fast in the physical. My heart chakra seems to rotate quickly and seems like my pulse is 180bpm but actually just like 100

This is a great breakdown of the chakras! Thank you Ra and Aaron. :) I am currently writing a book to expound on these ideas from my own meditation practice in working with these centers with my own sets of catalyst. Coming across this video helped reignite the passion for writing it. I am very grateful for that. :) I feel the urge to share some expoundings (probably not a word, but you get it lol) on my understanding of the unity of the energy centers. This morning in my meditation they all merged for me into what I can explain is the feeling of love and fun in infinite varieties. Each "soul" if you would, collects experiences and finds unique ways to fulfill the 7 energy centers. Ultimately, each energy center contains the rest, and at the crown, the experience is that of connection, togetherness, play, fun, joy, etc. Basically everyone sharing their unique ways of enjoying life and at the top one becomes very open to all experiences, all polarity becomes enjoyable and desirable. In fact, not only enjoyable but necessary for the variety of enjoyment, choice and connection available. Nothing is too depraved, nothing too reserved, they all speak to various forms of love and fun. All of these forms of love/fun fill all energy centers, thus my understanding of the "white light" of the creator within all. ^^ Ultimately, its all play - keep having fun folks.
This is really great to get a road map of where I am on the spiritual development. I've realized that I process most catalyst at the level of the heart usually, and there are times where I have moments of seeing the deeper metaphysical connections and reasons behind things, at the level of the throat chakra. Ive noticed that I jump down a level of processing,at the level of the solar plexus when I'm drunk, triggered, or processing out of fear or judgment. Thank you!
This is an important teaching! I always need reminders to ground and the lower chakra. I admit I want the signs that I’m making progress. I feel like I’ve worked on it all my life. I am basically balanced and had a spiritual awakening experience. I am doing service the best I can but I don’t enjoy 3rd density at all.
The not enjoying it for what it is, is in itself the very thing that may be calling for you to heal. There is much to enjoy, and while the roller coaster ride is real (I'm currently feeling like I'm rolling down hill atm), the potential for uplifting full loving experiences are equally as amazing. Aaron, thank you for your diligence in this Great Work or OURS. To 'understand' the MEANING of 'catalyst' is of the highest order. Catalyst: "SUBSTANCE which speeds a chemical reaction but itself remains unchanged". Do you understand that the 'catalyst' is FOOD? Back to the basics of LIGHT and LIFE on this PLANEt. PLANTS get their energy from the sun via photons. WATER 'carries' this energy 'to the ends of the earth/body of fingertips and toes' in the blood, lymph, nerve and FASCIA. WATER is the 'conductor' and LIGHT is the passenger. When improper food SUBSTANCE is brought into the system, it overloads the body's 'sewer system'/lymphatic processes, The result is 'blockages' in the fascia, which when are 'tight enough' then constrict nerve and blood flow. This saps energy from the brain (higher energy centers) which then loses its harmonic resonance. THE COVENANT IS BROKEN. Eating the 'fruit' of the snake is to become a carnivore. Eating of meat, esp. in excess, increases the bacteria in the gut. Gas is only one aspect of it. "The SMELL of burning sulfur" is mentioned by the apostle. Increased 'burning' in the gut takes away from other essential centers. NO BALANCE. The result is left-brain dominance. This 'shows up' in the outer reality as WAR and the 'smell of sulfur' in the gunpowder and BLOODSHEDING. They are OUR "BLOOD"/relatives. This is also true of 'other' animals. What goes into the river, comes back as RAIN and you drink it. What goes into the earth, becomes 'food' and you eat it. YOU ARE, LITERALLY THEN, WHAT YOU EAT. This ain't rocket science. I have experienced very much regarding chakras and its only that i started searching after an experience. one day sitting in the sun eyes closed the color of a violet blue filled my head . i was saying what just happened? so i began searching and it took quite some time to put me on the path of this knowledge and that is when for the first time ever I found the word chakra. well there is more to tell on my chakra experiences but your teaching here is what has opened me to the best understanding. in love i am all teared up. i truly have been connecting all the dots. thank you from my heart!

Aaron I realized today that when you have a connection / relationship with God/creator, you will have the connection / relationship with God within you. My question is that while I am aware of myself and am able to control my energy at least 51% of the time its the 49% that gets me in to trouble.. does any one else have this kind of challenge when they are not at 100%? You allow your self to become triggered and start lashing out against a friend or old acquaintance who you may have had a loving relationship for years but you might have lost it for a couple of times oer those years... also the relationship may have been almost perfect not at 100% but certainly more than 51% ...but that is the end of the relationship.. the person decides that the juice is no longer worth the squeeze and they are done with you. so my comment really is how can only 51% be workable when my almost 99 % leads them to say enough is enough.. I think that you must be in control of your state 100% ....not as you have mentioned 51% of the time..

Anytime I hear “higher self”, I HAVE to share my story. I MET WHAT I WOULD LATER LEARN WAS MY HIGHER SELF IN 1982 WHEN I WAS 12 YEARS OLD! I awoke early one morning to the sensation of my feet becoming paralyzed & when I went to sit up & look to see what was going on, I found I could not open my eyes or move my mouth. The paralysis worked its way up, engulfing my whole body. For some reason I WAS NOT AFRAID. IMMEDIATELY, I SAW MYSELF, THRU MY CLOSED EYES, FLOATING ABOVE MY PHYSICAL BODY LYING IN BED! My eyes were a luminous blue & for hair & clothing there was just flowing energy. I KNEW IT WAS ME BUT I WAS OLDER SOMEHOW. I looked to be 30’s or early 40’s but it was hard for me to judge how old this OLDER ME looked when I was 12. I had no knowledge of metaphysical or esoteric subjects. HAD NEVER HEARD THE TERM HIGHER SELF! NOTHING WAS SAID BUT SO MUCH WAS COMMUNICATED!!! I KNEW THAT WE R IMMORTAL BEINGS TO THE DEPTH OF MY SOUL! I also knew that there was waaaay more to reality than the day to day existence I had! AFTER A FEW SECONDS, EVERYTHING RELEASED & I COULD MOVE & OPEN MY EYES. I looked at my clock & it was 7:13-no significance there so I went back to sleep, excited & waiting for the rest of my family to wake up so I could tell them what had happened to me. After being asleep for awhile, I awoke again TO THE EXACT SAME SENSATIONS OF MY FEET BECOMING PARALYZED! I KNEW WHAT WAS ABOUT TO HAPPEN & I WELCOMED IT ECSTATICALLY ! Again, I SAW MYSELF, THRU MY CLOSED EYES, FLOATING ABOVE MY BODY LYING IN BED! After a few seconds, it all released & I WAS BACK TO “NORMAL”-but EVERYTHING HAD CHANGED! I BECAME OBSESSED W/METAPHYSICS & SPIRITUALITY! I BELIEVE IT HAPPENED TWICE SO THAT I WOULDN’T TRY TO RATIONALIZE IT AWAY. I have had a similar experience!!!! Always felt like but knew that I couldn’t be the only one either! So with me, I was an infant!! But I remember this!! I was laying on my dad’s stomach asleep (but not). And it was an older me that came out of my infant body and spoke (that sounds like the voice I have now at age 43), and she said (as I was laying on my father’s tummy): “This feels so good! I’m going to remember this!” And then I went back into my infant body ( and I can still hear her speak at certain times in certain situations to this day).I chose to remember and by the grace of OUR CREATOR I have and hope that I don’t ever forget! However, I kept it a secret until I was 15 and finally told my dad and described the room, setting, told him what he was doing and mom and he looked at me like he saw a ghost and said: “Naw! Who told you that? You weren’t nothing but a baby!” And I said: “I remember daddy!” And he was just speechless and said nothing else. I have also had an experience when I was at the age of 3, I was able to float and always realized that I had great wisdom even as a child. And I realized I wasn’t like the other kids. One night, all the kids were outside playing on a summer night (no one noticed) and I was floating again! Not in the air, but my feet would lift off the ground and I could float down the steps without touching them. This only happened a couple of times (that I remember). One night (after doing so), I thought to myself (even at age 3), I’m not like them, nobody else is doing this, and I thought about that no one would understand and probably send me away and do all kinds of things/test on me thinking something was wrong with me (just like I see in the movies today), so I made a conscious choice to stop it. I wrestled with the manifestation a little but i persistently wanted it to stop. Then it finally did and today in a way I regret suppressing my abilities but I think it was the best choice because I’ve been hurt by humans so much over the years from trusting them (even my immediate family), but I being awakened now, I better understand (and still learning) and wish I could have it back, but I know at that age I was pure and hadn’t been exposed to the matrix! The last abilities I had as a child was to write equally with both hands and I felt out of place of what others would think and was afraid. So, I chose to be left handed. To this day, I’m left handed. The other ability was my attraction to music 🎶 from a child. I used to teach myself piano keys by ear but my mother took the piano 🎹 from me and it felt like a piece of my heart was snatched away! Then I began to write. I became very good a writing and wrote my first song at 10 years old. Never knew how extraordinary that was as a lyricist until I later in life went to college for music and obtained a degree for music and entertainment. Music has been and always is my passion to this day! I’ve had many offers over the years but I gave up my life to be a mom to a daughter that I gave all I could who now doesn’t want me in her life. I took the wrap of both parents before and after her dad was killed. All is good, I know adult children go through their times. I now still put my life passions on hold for the 15 year old at home (who didn’t believe my infant story and asked me to float now. My heart goes out to children so much how they are programmed from such an early age. I also, told one of daughter’s this story but she didn’t believe me. My oldest one brags about her extreme intelligence (which she is) but has went hay wild and won’t talk to me (age 25). And my grand (age 7) I think came here with a gift as well, she told me she was able to see things and she described certain things to me (voluntarily) but I could see she is afraid of her mom and her mom stopped her from seeing me and just washes her with so much exposure of this world.🌎 Anywho, I’m embracing, learning, and enjoying my awakened journey! Aaron, I love what you said about the balancing process of the lower triad of the chakra system. As you pointed out, the balancing process is continual. While you were talking I connected this process to the tuning of a guitar. Let’s think of the energy system within the human body as a seven stringed guitar- in order to play beautiful music all of the strings need to be tuned to their assigned note. In a normal six stringed guitar the tuning is EADGBE. We can view the balancing of all of the chakras really as tuning each string of our energetic body to the correct note. On a six stringed guitar even if the strings aren’t perfectly tuned, if they are close enough to correct tuning the guitar will still play more beautiful music than a guitar that is wildly out of tune. That being said once we have tuned our guitar to the correct note we can always still perfect the tuning ever so slightly so that the G note that we are playing is the most resident and harmonic G note that it is possible for that guitar string to play. In my mind this is the crux of the process of embodied spiritual evolution - the continual perfection of the music which source can play through the instrument of our being. Become the flute through which the breath of Christ can play clear and true.

Wow what an answer to a vision I had. Like Aaron I grew up in Pentecostal evangelical circles. Pre covid I had a vision of Jesus appearing in front of me and the split light spectrum came out of his stomach area and radiated into my stomach area and went through my body. He looked at me and smiled and through telepathy said look behind you. I saw that the split rays had become one ray of white light. I had such a peaceful feeling and just said wow wow as I experienced this. When I looked back at Jesus again, he just smiled and then disappeared.
I searched the Bible for an interpretation of this vision, reading all scriptures about light, but could not reach understanding. Aaron you have explained this vision and I totally resonate with it, and since then I have had quite a journey of the lower 3 chakras being tested and balanced.

BRILLIANT ! I think (hope) my heart chakra is starting to open; I struggled in the past with an unwillingness to forgive and also a lack of compassion. More recently I find myself being more compassionate and forgiving both toward myself & others.
Any real world tips on this? I'm not malicious but I've been trying to protect myself from people and I guess not very compassionate or loving in doing so.

@@azmomconnection what I do lately is constantly remind myself about magnetism of ferrous metals. Opposite poles attract, same poles repel… only ferrous metals with weak polarity can coexist nicely together when you put them together. This is the universal law of polarity & universal laws are universal. So any time I find myself off-balance in either direction, I try to remember this. In another words, I’m constantly telling myself this stuff! 😂
In a world where teachers push extreme polarity on both sides, I feel like concepts of balance & grounding get lost in the chaos. My whole life, I’ve tried to advocate balance and walking the middle path. In my experience, this attracts nothing but resistance and aggression from both polarities. 😂 Anyone who is teaching balance and grounding, and is trying to point out that extreme polarity will only attract the opposite polarity just like a magnet does because universal laws are universal… I am behind that person’s efforts 100%. ❤

I am just trying to find out if anyone has experienced the heart beating very rapidly during activation. I've experienced my heart racing. 3 times now. The first I instinctively breathed very deep through the experience. The next two times I was in a state of fear that it was not good and that my heart was racing from it being abused. But this is accompanied by ringing ears very very vivid dreams body vibrating and the feeling of love of spirit. Anyone ever have the heart beat very fast?
Are you sur it's not the energy center spinning? Take your pulse during the experience and see if it's really racing that fast in the physical. My heart chakra seems to rotate quickly and seems like my pulse is 180bpm but actually just like 100

This is a great breakdown of the chakras! Thank you Ra and Aaron. :) I am currently writing a book to expound on these ideas from my own meditation practice in working with these centers with my own sets of catalyst. Coming across this video helped reignite the passion for writing it. I am very grateful for that. :) I feel the urge to share some expoundings (probably not a word, but you get it lol) on my understanding of the unity of the energy centers. This morning in my meditation they all merged for me into what I can explain is the feeling of love and fun in infinite varieties. Each "soul" if you would, collects experiences and finds unique ways to fulfill the 7 energy centers. Ultimately, each energy center contains the rest, and at the crown, the experience is that of connection, togetherness, play, fun, joy, etc. Basically everyone sharing their unique ways of enjoying life and at the top one becomes very open to all experiences, all polarity becomes enjoyable and desirable. In fact, not only enjoyable but necessary for the variety of enjoyment, choice and connection available. Nothing is too depraved, nothing too reserved, they all speak to various forms of love and fun. All of these forms of love/fun fill all energy centers, thus my understanding of the "white light" of the creator within all. ^^ Ultimately, its all play - keep having fun folks.

This is really great to get a road map of where I am on the spiritual development. I've realized that I process most catalyst at the level of the heart usually, and there are times where I have moments of seeing the deeper metaphysical connections and reasons behind things, at the level of the throat chakra.
Ive noticed that I jump down a level of processing,at the level of the solar plexus when I'm drunk, triggered, or processing out of fear or judgment.

I admit I want the signs that I’m making progress. I feel like I’ve worked on it all my life. I am basically balanced and had a spiritual awakening experience. I am doing service the best I can but I don’t enjoy 3rd density at all.
The not enjoying it for what it is, is in itself the very thing that may be calling for you to heal. There is much to enjoy, and while the roller coaster ride is real (I'm currently feeling like I'm rolling down hill atm), the potential for uplifting full loving experiences are equally as amazing. Aaron, thank you for your diligence in this Great Work or OURS. To 'understand' the MEANING of 'catalyst' is of the highest order. Catalyst: "SUBSTANCE which speeds a chemical reaction but itself remains unchanged". Do you understand that the 'catalyst' is FOOD? Back to the basics of LIGHT and LIFE on this PLANEt. PLANTS get their energy from the sun via photons. WATER 'carries' this energy 'to the ends of the earth/body of fingertips and toes' in the blood, lymph, nerve and FASCIA. WATER is the 'conductor' and LIGHT is the passenger. When improper food SUBSTANCE is brought into the system, it overloads the body's 'sewer system'/lymphatic processes, The result is 'blockages' in the fascia, which when are 'tight enough' then constrict nerve and blood flow. This saps energy from the brain (higher energy centers) which then loses its harmonic resonance. THE COVENANT IS BROKEN. Eating the 'fruit' of the snake is to become a carnivore. Eating of meat, esp. in excess, increases the bacteria in the gut. Gas is only one aspect of it. "The SMELL of burning sulfur" is mentioned by the apostle. The reason these things have been 'suppressed' is so that those who 'know' can CONTROL. Those who KNOW these things and CONTROL the masses 'in the body' do so by 'constricting flow' of energy. This is called 'the currents' in the larger BODY. CURRNECY. The 'test of the pudding' will be this: when a 'new digital currency' is FORCED on the BODY, who will go along with it and who will not.
Do you understand that 'cities' are the breeding-ground of self-indulgence and the leaving of 'the earth'? There is enough LAND for ALL to grow a crop. If 20 or so people each grow a crop of one variety and trade with their neighbors, there would be FOOD FOR ALL. NO MONEY NECESSARY. It's all the other 'stuff' that entices AWAY from LIFE. These 'things' are destroying the world. When do MY PEOPLE realize this simple truth? The things that are NOT food that go into the TEMPLE and the items of synthetic nature that touch the BODY are TOXIC to the organism; individually as well as collectively. What goes into the river, comes back as RAIN and you drink it. What goes into the earth, becomes 'food' and you eat it. YOU ARE, LITERALLY THEN, WHAT YOU EAT. This ain't rocket science. The minds are dull from the 'inTOXICation' of the 'BEAST' system of lies that erupt from the gut. America 'leads the nations astray' with her greed, poverty of soul, and malice. Her so-called 'prophets' only follow the "FALSE PROFIT" and drag others over a cliff to destruction. The planet is destroyed by them. LISTEN TO MOTHER GROAN. Her arteries/rivers are clogged and polluted. Her kidneys/lakes and liver/oceans are no longer able to filter out the TOXINS. Her flesh/soil is ripped open and left to scab over by 'modern' agricultural processes for PROFIT instead of FEEDING MY PEOPLE. The lungs/forests are being 'surgically removed' at THIS VERY MOMENT. MY PEOPLE DIE FOR LACK OF UNDERSTANDING. WE are either part of the problem or part of the solution. Look to 'where you assets lie' and the truth will be known. Do your investments go to foster WAR or PEACE? There is NO middle ground in this MATTER. There is no 'us and them'; only US. Each 'one' is but a 'cell in the BODY'. ALL PARTS CONSTITUTE THE WHOLE OF MANKIND. To 'reflect' the image of perfection is NOT something to go unrealized, but a FACT that WE work towards. Even 'God' is bound by 'the LAWS of GOD' which are BALANCE, CAUSE AND EFFECT, etc. So, look to where your energy/money goes on a day-to-day basis. Watch the ass and not the mouth and thou shalt knoweth the truth. (Because what your ass is doin' is the TRUTH)

you have no idea what you have done for me with this video teaching ! i have been looking for answers about chakras for quite sometime but nothing has really penetrated in the way i need to know. I have experienced very much regarding chakras and its only that i started searching after an experience. one day sitting in the sun eyes closed the color of a violet blue filled my head . i was saying what just happened? so i began searching and it took quite some time to put me on the path of this knowledge and that is when for the first time ever I found the word chakra. well there is more to tell on my chakra experiences but your teaching here is what has opened me to the best understanding. in love i am all teared up. i truly have been connecting all the dots. thank you from my heart!

Aaron I realized today that when you have a connection / relationship with God/creator, you will have the connection / relationship with God within you.
