Dude tory lanez is basically the radio. He is versatile, the true definition of that. You guys saying hes being drake, kendrick or any other artist, you know he literally wrote songs for travis Scott , selena gomez etc. he gave many artist the sound they have now. He just wasn’t popping at the time when he was doing his thing. Other people took the style (bit off) from him. Its like partynextdoor... this guy writes for drake and thats why hes still underrated, drake takes all his banger songs. Js. Same thing with tory lanez and a couple artist. Hes just showing how he can dominate any style of music. Tf do you want this dude to have a sound for? So he can only appeal to a small section of people. Instead of going big and appeal to everyone with his different styles of singing and rapping. Like i said this man is the radio. You dont need nothing else when you listen to tory, he has so many hits and he has different genres. lol. But of course the man behind the scenes and makes the star always is put aside. He said that in one of his interviews. he records in Toronto for ‘in his feelings’ and dark songs because of the gloomy weather. he records his upbeat and jiggy songs in Miami cuz it’s sunny and shit. Don’t say shout out from the 6 when u don’t even know what that sound like lmao.
