I'm on Heather (mini progesterone pill). I had gotten off an combo pill and lost 6lbs water. Got on Heather and at first I gained a few pounds. Now 4 months later I've gained 7lbs, constantly feeling swollen all over my body and talking to my doctor about a non-pill option.
I'm about to switch to a progestin only pill bc I've been gaining so much water weight from the combo pill, and I'm hoping it doesnt affect my weight still! I gained back all the weight I'd lost before starting birth control, which was almost 20 pounds.
I literally weighed 169 before birth control now I’m 185 and it’s only been 2 months how tf does this happen I’m stressin

this is so not fair
It isn’t . I have people telling me I’m getting fat . I’m starting to feel depressed now. I’m at my highest weight right now and I don’t want to meet my friends and family like this 😢
