We accessed a scammers computer , took her files and found out who she is, and what she looks like.
Now we gonna call her again and scare her!

How anyone falls for a name like Lisa Smith with an Indian accent is beyond me.
A legit microsoft support person once called me, with an Indian accent / from India. Sorry for them I first thought they were a scammer. Turned out someone referred them to me regarding some Azure question I actually asked. Poor legit support people having to deal with skeptics like me, I did apologise but it was a bit awkward nonetheless.
