Back in 2016, I came across a national-level student case study competition conducted by the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA). After a rigorous engagement with the management case study presented, I got to know about the CMA course offered by IMA, one of the highest levels of certifications in management accounting. Coming from a commerce background, it was a clear win-win situation for me, to pursue the course and synergize my learning with the B.Com curriculum.
I earned my CMA credential after passing 2 part exam and completing 2 years of professional experience in June 2020. CMA has worked wonders for me, and via this video, I bring you a detailed view regarding- what is CMA? Its scope, benefits, timeline, expenses, and benefits. We need work experience for to get the licence or become member of IMA
Is an accountant job experience sufficient for US CMA eligibility ?
Any job duration of 2 yrs after writing cma exam is valid to get cma us degree
I am currently pursuing cma us after my bba, i really want to do mba from top colleges. So i want to know that does it count as gap year in my profile

Engineering Graduate with 5 years of experience can do CMA US? does the engineer graduation with CMA US will support to get job with nice package meanwhile whether experience in engineering field will be accepted or not?
Engineers do get a good response, especially in Fintech and Analytics domain after completing certifications in Finance. You can consider pursuing CMA if you are planning for any specific profile in finance domain that requires management accounting/financial management skills.
@@CareerTalkwithAditya @Zell Education After Clearing US CMA u won't get any job by urself unless the coaching Institute places u so better check the website of the institute which commits to have Tie up with MNC and having a separate job placement portal.I joined AKPIS and after clearing I called them for job assist and they blocked my number.

Cannot be compared without context. Experience, College, Profile, Company,etc- a lot of things matter! Time being, you can consider it as an equivalent qualification in terms of pay, and evaluate whichever is better fit for you!

I would recommend you to drop any one of the course if you want to go outside country i will prefer you cpa which is equal as ca in India with more salaries but the cost of study materials will be too high compared to ca .

Hi Archana, you can do following things to land a job after completing US CMA-
1. Get in touch with Lata Murli from IMA India, she is part of IMA India team- supports candidates for landing a job. You can connect with her on LinkedIn
2. Connect or follow Fenil Vadekken on LinkedIn, he shares a lot og openings related to CMAs.
3. Get in touch with your local chapter team, ask them to float your CV around their network for referral
4. Send your CV on internal network on IMA (accounting group), ask for a referral
5. Go to official job portal of your target company (on company's website) and upload your CV
6. Use websites like LinkedIn, Naurki.com, Shine to find relevant openings and apply accordingly
