I had a hysterectomy 3 weeks ago. While I was recovering at home I decided to binge watch your older videos that I haven't seen before. I find it funny that I was watching your cleaning motivation videos when I couldn't do much cleaning. 😂 This week is my first week back at work. Thank you for keeping me company after surgery. 💕

Summer is off and running at breakneck speed! Grandkids and friends come up to the cottage for grilling, watersports and relaxing. So glad the boys get time together and you get girl time with Freya. Take it easy. ❤❤❤

Yeah not so much how it works more that the smell of the pine a lot of bugs don’t like. But peppermint and lavender do the same also. I personally can’t use the lavender because of allergies

@@livingwithcambriea I know you use thieves cleaner. I believe it is also supposed to work in regards to bugs. Personally I love peppermint and lavender 🪻 but know it's not for everyone. Pinalen works well as it still has the pine oil, and is cheaper than pine sol.

Hi Cambriea, i love the motivation you give, and i need it. I have a lot going on right now other than chores, but I am one that when stressed, i don't get much done. I have major back limitations, and the vac/mop is nice. I'm 68 and have been on my own many years, and i can still remember my first Eureka i bought. I loved it. Of course, it was just a vac back then. I've always had Eureka's, and now i have a shark vac. I also have an ifloor 2 and have for quite a while. I'm not so sure I'm that impressed with it. I was so happy to finally save enough to get it, and raising my 3 grandsons on a fixed income isn't easy. I really think I need one with a bigger water tank since i have all hardwood floors, and it's Eureka. I'm so glad to hear Bobby and the boys are having a guy trip and really happy you and Freya will have girl time, and you can have your much needed downtime 😊. Always love your channel and the family channel! As for the nursery, we never found out the gender of any of our 3 children, so I went Disney Baby’s for everything (this is in the late 1980’s). If I had to do it over again and still not know the gender, I would have gone neutral with more of an outdoor theme with baby animal sketches and trees and maybe elves and fairies in a black and white or brown and white background for the sketches and probably with a sage green decor items like a rug, drapes, blankets. Later, when their personalities are strong and they start leaning to a certain color(s), then I would change it up. We always kept the walls and curtains neutral with our children and only bought pillow cases in a theme print like (back in the day) Pound Puppies, My Little Pony, etc, their bedspreads were a thin corduroy in their fav colors (pink and lilac for the 2 girls and navy for our son), and then with all their stuffed animals, dolls, GI Joe’s, trucks, books and other items when toddler to about 12, they had it made. Then they changed tastes and likes between 10-14 years old and we still kept it neutral but let them put up posters (framed not taped to walls), each had a big cork board for pictures and notes and schedules, we changed up their bedding to comforters of their choice with white sheets (easy to wash and put away because they were the same), and other decor stuff they picked out. The thing about keeping our homes clean is the feeling when we sit down at the end of the day or walk into the door at the end of the day and your body and brain can relax more or less because there is no to minimal chaos to look at or deal with- being a SAHM is tough as is being a working outside the home mom (WOTHM?) but daily pick up and maintenance just makes it easier from waking up to bedtime.

I was just wondering, was there any way you could have recycled your old cleaning cloths, instead of throwing them in the garbage bin? Why did you throw away your old cleaning cloths? I always give mine to my husband than let him decide what to do with them. Since he does construct demolition excavating work and has used.may of my old cleaning towels to clean up oil spills paint or yard projects. Just wondering😊
I wondered the same. I don’t replace them often,even if they are stained. After all, they are just cleaning cloths. But when I do, I just give them to hubby to use in the garage. They last yeaaarrrs.
As a retiree, I found that if I keep things picked up, I can “clean” a room at a time and at end of week I’m done. My nemesis is dishes as I don’t have a dishwasher. When they are done, I have energy to something else… like water all my plants.

I definitely am slowing down. I have been doing more full day cleanings and full days of just rest. You would think that would be harder but actually has been nice to take days of doing nothing
i have the older model eureka - just got it for xmas last year. after 2 cleans, it started to sound kinda clunky - like it squeaks when it rolls and is kinda loud. is that normal? i clean the rollers every other use and use self clean and clean the dirty tank every use. my floors are always nice a clean after using it and it definitely still works and all, its just loud.
Oh my! Your power went out? How long was it out? We live in Texas & got us a big generator. When you someday get your new place, you might want to get a big generator because hurricanes sometimes knock people's power out & with the heat & humidity, it is almost too much to bear.
I had symphysis pubis dysfunction with my last 2 pregnancies. It was so painful to sit, lay, roll over, walk, literally everything. It was worse during pregnancy with my 3rd back in 2021 and worse postpartum with my 4th last year. I couldn’t even lift my legs to get the mesh undies on in the hospital 😭 you are doing so many more than I ever could while pregnant! I also wanted to ask where your leather furniture is from? My husband hates our current furniture because it’s so hard to keep clean.
Oh that’s hard. Things are just not starting to get harder and harder but I know it’s best to keep going so my body stays strong. The furniture is from 25home. We have loved it so far
When we found out we were expecting our second child, we wanted to go VBAC. First baby was breach. I had two huge fibroids one at 12 the other at 9. His perfectly round head was between them. Anyways, we wanted to go VBAC, and not find out the gender. In the first trimester, some of my blood work came back a little wonkey. Instead or risking a miscarriage, we opted for an extensive ultrasound at 20 weeks. Never had any US’s before the 20 week. Told the tech we didn’t want to k ow gender. She said she would do her best! When she put the scanning wand on my belly, there were suddenly 2 heads! Yes we found out at 20 weeks that we were having twins!!!! Explained the blood abnormalities! No, we never heard 2 heartbeats. The girls were so identical that their hearts were beating at the same time. We did end up finding out their gender, and the VBAC was a no go! But we have 2 of the most loving, beautiful and all around great daughters!!!

The regular doesn't do a better job. They have reformulated it. It no longer contains pine oil which was what made it work "better".

When we found out we were expecting our second child, we wanted to go VBAC. First baby was breach. I had two huge fibroids one at 12 the other at 9. His perfectly round head was between them. Anyways, we wanted to go VBAC, and not find out the gender. In the first trimester, some of my blood work came back a little wonkey. Instead or risking a miscarriage, we opted for an extensive ultrasound at 20 weeks. Never had any US’s before the 20 week. Told the tech we didn’t want to k ow gender. She said she would do her best! When she put the scanning wand on my belly, there were suddenly 2 heads! Yes we found out at 20 weeks that we were having twins!!!! Explained the blood abnormalities! No, we never heard 2 heartbeats. The girls were so identical that their hearts were beating at the same time. We did end up finding out their gender, and the VBAC was a no go! But we have 2 of the most loving, beautiful and all around great daughters!!!

No. We decided to focus on the ducks and the quail went to a family friend. We keep getting videos of them and how well they are doing. I love it since we raised them from babies I really wanted them to go somewhere great for them
